We offer certified appraisals in store as well as estimates on any jeweler and vintage watch you bring in. Our certified gemologist provides a detailed explanation of the appraisal and will finish with an official document and professional photography of the piece. An important aspects of this process include consideration of both the quality of goldsmith and craftsmanship of the jewelry piece.
How can I find my ring size? To find your ring size, find an old ring of yours or go to be sized at your local jewellery store and be sure that you are measured by the American standard. BUYER BEWARE!! My best friend and her fiance purchased a beautiful diamond engagement ring from here. After only 10 months the stone fell out and after a huge ordeal (thank god) we found the stone. They charged them to fix it!! They insisted that the ring must have been damaged after purchase to have that happen.... my friend doesnt even do dishes… or wash her hands with the ring on. It was definitely not set properly and I am APPALLED they thought a ring that was not even a year old that just fell apart was not their fault.

I went in with a very sentimental piece asking for help to put my deceased father's puzzle ring back together. they didn't want to help me... said it would take too much of their time. Then said a base cost would be $100 and up from there depending on the time spent.
My parents and I were frequent customers over the years and this has made it so that I will NEVER do business with them ever again.

I have been getting repairs from this jewelers for years had a bracelet fixed and two hours later it broke again. Poor customer service. They should have at least guaranteed it but the manager said it broke in a different place. Unexplained how it can break in two hours with light wear. The gold smith did not look the bracelet over I guess. So… between buying garbage at Michael's jewelers in London and all the repairs this same bracelet I would never go back to Michael's or get my repairs done at Signature jeweler's. They should have fixed it without charge just for good customer service
