I called on a Friday in hopes to get my daughter in for an eye assessment post concussion. Staff squeezed us in at rhe end of the day. When we arrived we discovered that the doctor on duty specialized in… pediatric eye care AND concussions! Incidently we discovered my daughter needed glasses that night and staff stayed late to help us pick out the perfect pair! I'm beyond impressed with the Clayton Heights Optometry!

Dr. Sandhu was very professional and thorough. The staff were friendly and helpful and tried to help me find frames and lenses within my budget. They worked within my budget which was great. Did not try to upsale. I would recommend Clayton Heights Optometry to anyone requiring services of an optometrist or anyone who needs eyeglasses. Great experience.

I did not want to get glasses today as I am a single mom on disability. I get sick when I have to spend money on myself. The kids I can justify. Myself. Not so much. I went in there and got not only the best help in picking which lenses suited me best but also which suited my income best. (HUGE RELIEF). On a side note I felt like I was just hanging… out with longtime friends catching up even though the majority of conversation was regarding my glasses and sight. They took their time with me and put me at ease that when I left I had no buyers remorse at all. I will be recommending them to

I gave an elderly neighbour a ride to her appointment. When she finished she said she'd felt nobody listened to her, that they just wanted her money and that frames and lenses were too expensive. I knew of other neighbors who'd been there and asked around as I'm in need of an exam. While most agree that prices are high, most say the doctor is "ok"… but they also think its odd that she has such a high staff turnover. I, personally, am dismayed by the way my elderly neighbour was treated and that in itself is enough for me to seek my exam elsewhere.

Our 1 year old daughter had her very first eye exam with Dr. Mona Sandhu and it was fabulous. Dr. Sandhu and her staff made our daughter feel so comfortable and she left with a big smile on her face.
