Adjusting of the joints of the body has been used in the healing arts for many centuries and is at the heart of modern chiropractic. Chiropractors are specialists in manual adjustment of the spinal vertebrae, extremities and other joints.

Chiropractors are also trained to prescribe therapeutic exercise, provide nutritional counselling, and recommend rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies. Physiotherapy treatment is an established, respected and evidence-based profession, which uses scientifically proven techniques to help many conditions. No referral is necessary to participate in physiotherapy treatment. However, patients are advised to check the details of their extended health benefits as some plans may require a physician's referral in order to get treatment costs reimbursed.
Phototherapy is "a therapeutic physical modality, using photons (light energy) from the visible and infrared spectrum for tissue healing and pain reduction" as defined by the North American Association of Laser Therapy (NAALT). Light energy penetrates through the skin and is absorbed by the mitochondria of cells of all types.
Unlike in many comic strips or movies, you won't be laying on the couch beside a therapist. It is a face-to-face talk, and it takes about 55 minutes per session. A psychologist's job is not to tell you what to do (anybody can do that), but to (1) listen carefully and non-judgmentally, (2) stimulate your thinking to come up with a good solution to a problem, and (3) help you improve your overall emotional wellbeing and the quality of your life.

I pulled a rib in my back over the weekend... was obviously in a lot of pain... i tried massaging it, hot tub, foam rolling... nothing worked! Having lived in Pickering i used to live right down the street from sante group so Ester was always my family’s go to place for getting chiropractic adjustments, side note she even did checks and adjustments on all 3 of my kids within the first week of their delivery. Posting on behalf of S.L. - I am so grateful I discovered Pratim (physiotherapist at Sante) because he has helped me make real progress at last. He is helping me with posture and strength to better cope with arthritis. Plus, he is resolving various injuries I thought I had to live with after 10 years of deterioration. Even though I saw other physios, I now realize I just had to find the “right practitioner”! Pratim is exceptionally skillful, caring, and a great teacher. He looks at the whole person i.e. treats us holistically – so he didn’t just stop with my first problem, but keeps helping

Dr. Silbermann is the rudest doctor I have ever come across in my life. She was almost an hour late for our appointment and when I told her I'd be late for work if I stayed and would have to reschedule she gave me so much attitude, treated me like my time had no value at all and as if I was the one who did something wrong. She continued to speak to me in a very condescending manned until I left and she yelled at me as I was walking out the door that she was going to rip up all of my paperwork. I found her extremely unprofessional and as a doctor you should never EVER talk to a patient the way she

I needed a day of self care so I didn't think twice about calling the Sante group and booking myself a Massage & Chiropractic adjustment! I've been going to Sante Group for almost 5 years and I've always been greeted by the most beautiful, wonderful and Friendly Staff. my favourite part about Sante Group by far is the love and humour of everybody there. I always end up laughing so hard and having a wonderful time! totally recommend this place for anyone!

Dr. Ester Taca-Silbermann has really elevated the Chiropractic and integrated wellness care experience at Sante Group Health Care. She is a caring, compassionate and highly knowledgable Chiropractor. I was so impressed at how quickly I was able to feel better. Dr. Ester spent a long time educating me on how to participate in my recovery. The atmosphere is very relaxed and spa like and I never felt like I was being rushed. Having all the additional practitioners under the same roof means I was able to receive RMT services knowing that they were up to speed with my case so I didn't need to worry

Sante is amazing! The staff are so incredibly friendly and caring. If your looking for for Healthcare that has your best interest in mind this is the place!!! I have been going here for years for Chiropractic, Massage, Physio and more. The staff goes above and beyond for patients and the clinic is beautiful and clean. You really feel at home. To tell the truth I've always been pessimistic about chiropractors. When I felt that terrible pain in my left arm I had no idea about what to do. My friend suggested goin to sante group healthcare. I was interested in having my left arm pain releived in as few visits as it was possible...
I have to tell that the first month was really frustrating for me. But starting from the 15th visit (or around) things started to change for the better. And soon my pain was over!!! I was so grateful to my doctor (not sure whether I should write his name here or not) that I advised her to all the friends
