I purchased the Groupon! It was my third time trying to find a chiropractor that worked for me and Dr. Kevin Deschamps is amazing! He is always very explanatory - letting me know treatment plans / options and answers any questions or concerns that I have.
I love the staff, too! Both of the ladies are absolutely sweethearts!!!! ♥

I can not say I have personally used this gym. However I did see the owner comment on a bad review and absolutely disrespect the person who left it by leaving them mean posts, deleting reviews of people saying he was out of line and talking inappropriately. He even went as far as to bring her children into it and call her out as a mother just because he wanted to be nasty about the review she left. Usually i see a bad review and move on but I have never seen a business act so inappropriate and malicious towards someone. After that bad review and how he went on a rampage I would not recommend a

Great centre. Have seen the chiropractor and the masseur. Extremely happy with both services.
The appointments are flexible, in that if you arrive early they can almost always accomodate you (for the chiropractor).
All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place and recommend it highly!

Not one for homeopathy, naturalpathy, or other voodoo pseudo-science. However, chiropractor in site seems legit: able to answer specific questions in relationship to treatment and at home exercises prescribed. Still on the fence with respect to benefit/results gained from computer aided adjustments: IMHO they don't feel as forceful as necessary to affect change, chiropractor explained otherwise. Will update once treatment cycle is complete.

I had my first appointment at the Pickering Wellness Centre last week and had an overall very positive experience. The moment I entered the wellness centre I was warmly greeted. I was impressed with the unique and modern features the centre had to offer their patients. The support staff were extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Deschamps was very thorough and explained the assessment process in detail. I would have no hesitation in referring someone to this centre.

They have messed up two appointments of mine, by scheduling one for a week later instead of the day i asked, and when I went in for the appointment that they messed up the first time they refused to see me since I'm 18 years old. If I'm old enough to vote, I'm also old enough to drive my own car to the chiropractor without my mom and dad. I'm not sure if they're serving liquor there, but otherwise being 18 should not get me refused, I've been seeing a chiropractor on my own since I was 14. Ridiculous service.

Poor customer service. Groupon clients given less priority because of unprofessional front desk/receptionist. Read fine print before buying Groupon. The office staff are inconsiderate of clients' time. My personal experience --they sent mass email to their clients. When I showed up, the fat receptionist said "the chiropractor couldn't see you today." The bottom line, they didn't take time to reado my record before confirming my appointment. I have cancelled other plans just to show up on the appointment they gave me. If I didn't show up, they could have charged me a penalty because I wasted their
