After it's inauguration to Stay Fit in 2006, the ELITE FIGHT ACADEMY brought something to Guelph that no other Martial Arts program in the city could- Champions, training Champions. ELITE FIGHTING ACADEMY (EFA) is comprised of champions in their own Martial Arts. Teaching the Olympic Tae Kwon Do is Master Gary Aguto & Maxena Aguto.

Great gym. has access to rings, truck tires, punching bags and a decent calisthenics section. Enough benches and power racks to never be waiting much if at all for compound lifts, which has been a problem at lots of chain places I've used in the past. Would recommend.

Best gym in town! Always friendly staff, clean, good price & has all the equipment you need. The owners have the members best interest throughout this whole pandemic. We first met Master Aguto over 6 years ago when my oldest son started Taekwondo with his fighting academy. Few years ago my youngest one joined the team. Last year I joined the gym. Our family has nothing but great things to say about this place and the owners. We have seen the business grow because of the hard work of Master Aguto and Mike. Great professionals and truly good human beings. I recommend this gym 💯%!! SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS! 😊

I really enjoy this gym but they've been extremely unprofessional during the pandemic. Their booking system is a joke and allows members to book multiple times a day resulting in no open slots the majority of the time. But they've got no problem continuing to charge every member the monthly fee citing their "contract". The contract also states it's a 24/7 gym for everyone to use. They like to pick and choose parts of their contract and will ignore any questions or inquiries about it. Before the pandemic however it was a great place to go.

I've been a member here for almost 3 years, and have spent the last month trying to cancel my membership after the owner (Gary Aguto) decided to shamelessly slander my public business (as well as publicly personally threaten me) with lies. I have tried phoning the company, emailing the company, and even speaking to the girlfriend of the owner. No… one will get in contact with me, and they have instead 'insisted I go down to speak to them'. During covid, a pandemic I will not be doing that, and this company refuses to send me a phone call or email back about cancelling my membership. Awful

Have been attending Stayfit/Everything fitness for over 2 years now. They offer a variety of cardio and weight equipment, great pricing for what you get with the Fitness Club - Free Child Care, Tanning and ability to bring a workout buddy. Owners and employees are very knowledgeable about weight training and competitions. If you are looking for a gym for expert advice look no further!
