This should be a 4.9 rating (in my mind, no one is perfect but this trainer is pretty darn close) . I love her dedication and one-on-one, customized, individualized programs for seniors like me. When I started I couldn't even get myself up off the floor mat, now I am doing walking and flexibility exercises that enable me to stay mobile and energized. She is supportive and encouraging and exudes positive reinforcement., focusing on what is needed at the time. Excellent !!

Gail has a gentle approach to helping you become more mobile. She is an excellent listener and starts a customized routine based on your abilities. She makes sure you’re doing the exercises in a safe way so you never hurt yourself. You will really love the freedom you’ll get from being comfortably more mobile.
