Do we buy gold: Unfortunately we don't purchase gold, but we would be happy to help you create a custom piece using your gold and stones. Do we do same day repairs: Very few repairs can be done on the spot, all repairs are done in store by one of our goldsmiths, and are treated with the utmost care.

It is just an over prized store. Staff is not friendly at all unless you are willing to spend a lot $$$$$. I wonder when was the last time they won any big awards as they boast on their website. Anyone can pay and become members of various association like BBB. If you know your diamonds and jewelry, Nothing in Gordon's Gold stands out. Definitely a passé
