Will under value your trade by a few grand and sell you garbage. it doesn't matter what the black book value of your vehicle is. only how it compares to the lowest priced comparable vehicle they have. is your… car worth 8000 on trade by black book? are they selling 6 of the exact same car you're trying to trade for 13,000-18,000. doesn't matter, they have ONE on the lot priced at 10 grand needing a ton of work. which obviously means the market value of those vehicles isn't there. Honestly wish there was a better option for buying preowned vehicles. crooks and c**ts.

I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier for a great price from Mike Halabi in January 2020. Mike was open about the history and condition of the vehicle and I appreciated getting full inspection and CARFAX reports without asking. Mike is very personable, he provided excellent service, and didn't pressure me to buy. I paid the list price plus a $6 levy which is a lot lower than I understand some other dealerships charge. Bought a used car for 26k all said and done and it broke within a month. I had it repaired under the extended warranty plan I bought. It broke again, same problem 2 days later. I told Northstar Hyundai about the issue of it not starting 3 times in 1 week, and told them I think they sold me a defective vehicle and I want them to take it back. It also had issued with the CD player overheating, which they said isnt a safety issue so even if it was sold to me broken they cant help me.

Dealing with Go Auto when I was shopping for my car was hands down one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had.
First off, the service staff was condescending. I knew that I wanted a manual car as I've been driving standard since I got my license 7 years ago. The salesperson proceeded to ask me multiple times if I was sure that I wanted a standard, then, despite me telling him that I have almost exclusively driven standard cars, was shocked that I could drive one...
