In my honest opinion, for the quality of the course, it is overpriced. The course conditions have fallen short over the years. The bunkers have little stones in them and some bunkers do not drain well at all. The sand is hard and greens are bumpy but most public courses face this challenge. Although these small issues, the course layout is great, unique and is challenging. The creek that runs through on nearly every hole challenges even the best of golfers. If you can get a round in below $70 it’s worth it.

It has been a few years since I've played here and I always marvelled at this course is configuration given the tight space and it's Target like layout. Played it yesterday and I think the season has been difficult on all golf courses so it stands to reason that some of the typical Finishing Touches we're somewhat incomplete. Still a fun place to play but not as much shine on the diamond these days.

Great 18 hole course located minutes away from Downtown Toronto. Easily accessible by major highways. The course offers holes with varying degrees of difficulty which add to the overall great experience. A true hidden gem in Toronto.

A Royal Mess!
Most bunkers still washed out 14+ days since any significant rain. Dumps of sand in middle of some bunkers with lots of footprints in the pile (been there a while). Some temporary tees. Overgrown greens and fairways. Lots of employees driving around but nobody actually doing anything on any hole. It was almost hilarious. Pick up a rake or drop your mower deck! No food/coffee in the proshop or clubhouse. I won't be back.

Golf course is in great shape with all the rain in July and in the start of August. There's water on almost every hole and plenty of dog legs and blind holes. Course is not very long, definitely need to know your distances. RWG has an app and you can score on the app which at the same time provides GPS locations. Beautiful clubhouse with outside seating which gives you a view of the first hole going out and the 18th hole coming in. The only slight challenge for golfers are the planes overhead since this course is very close to Pearson Airport.

Great course play was a little slow you have to hit your shots requires accuracy my only complaint was last couple of holes you could hear the DJ from the wedding and ruined some shots from my group would be quiet and then he would shout or scream not very professional over 2 holes probably cost me extra 4 shots.

Played here a few times, never disappoints. Decent drives, easy to get to or even organize an event at. Each hole has its own toughness but it flows nicely. Grounds were well maintained and helpful staff. Check it out!

Course is in great shape, a good test of golf. First time playing in years. Well treated by staff and enjoyed the company of a couple of members who guided me around the course.

Having played this course countless times years ago, it remains one of my favorite tracks in the area. Great value and great staff. Come armed with plenty of balls and ready for classic target golf. Big hitters may pull out driver 2 or 3 times max..

I can’t believe in the midst of a pandemic you made me ride in a cart with another golfer! The flimsy piece of plastic didn’t help much and it was a constant battle to maintain 6 feet distance as we stopped to get our clubs out of the back. I would have never booked the game if I had known. This was my 7th golf course that I’ve played this year and you’re the first to have made me share a cart. Shame on you!

Extremely slow. We got 5 holes in in 2 hours. Not even exaggerating. Didn’t look like anyone was having any fun. Everyone just sitting in carts waiting. Walked off. Over priced. Horrible experience. Course was meh. In decent shape. At least the first 5 holes were.

Well, this review is all about holiday party so can't share experience about golfing.
Love their location and hospitality. Rhe food was absolutely delicious. So many salads and vegetarian options. Their butternut squash soup was awesome. Don't miss their late night pizza. Overall one of the best experience. Thanks to host (Wayfair Canada) and all staff at Woodbine golf club.

Played my first round of the year here Sunday May 5, 2019. I have a few bones to pick with regards to this course.
1) They charge $85 to play at the beginning of May. The course had casual water everywhere. At times it was difficult to find anywhere to hit the ball from. The bunkers weren't raked at all. The tee boxes aren't flat. And it's cart path only, which is fine but when I pay $85 +hst I expect more.
2) no halfway shack. They have a cart girl that you see twice a round. But she only has nuts, chips and chocolate bars... no sandwiches or anything. Without a halfway shack you

A very nice course...quite challenging. Lots of water hazzards and a creek that seems to meander through every hole. Very friendly and accomodating staff and the well maintained course made for an enjoyable round of golf.

5 hours and 33 minutes. And we saw a Marshall 4 times. What was he doing?

Don't believe the score card for distances. This is a much shorter course than what they are posting. Based on our GPS, on a par 5 we should have been teeing off 60 yards behind where the Blues were, that would be in the parking area of a commercial building.

The fairways and bunkers are in decent shape. Public courses have a brutal time with Ball marks on the greens. Fixed 14 of them on one hole. That is crazy!

Saw the Beverage cart five times. Which was good on an extremely slow day.

5.5 hours is just

I would say they care more about getting your green fee than the customer experience. Won't say anymore but I likely will not return or recommend this course. Far too many courses in the GTA to patronize.

The best thing about this course is the location. Right near the airport and the highways. This year the course is in good shape and they typically keep the pace moving. They jump to make it cart path only when there clearly is no need, but the marshals don't hassle you.

Don't plan to eat here because it's cheap sandwiches and other crap. Also no driving range.

It's probably the nicest public course in the GTA. It's also one of the more challenging ones because as their tag line promotes "water water everywhere". This may have been the course that sent me into my first golf retirement 4 years ago. After losing 8 or 9 balls that time, shaking my head and fist, I walked off dejected.

I went again recently, and faired considerably better, however we got on the course at 4 and it was so slow we didn't finish!!

Being right beside the airport, seeing the planes so low getting ready to land was neat at first, but by the 8th hole

Take advantage of their Twilite special which starts at 6 PM and costs $40 per person for 18 holes and comes with a golf cart.

It's a hard course (apparently). I wouldn't know since I'm such a newbie at this sport. The course is beautiful with nicely maintained grounds and naturalized areas, lots of intersecting streams and the best bonus - seeing wildlife (coyotes, blue herons).

I really enjoyed playing this course and chuffed that it didn't cost us that much. I'll be back and hopefully as a better golf player
