Well over a century ago, a group of Toronto's best golfers visualized a new golf course set on rolling terrain amidst the Humber River and Black Creek. In those days, Lambton was considered a countryside retreat, with members travelling by train to play in the idyllic woodland setting.
In the decades since, Lambton has been witness to remarkable milestones, including the honour of being home club for the first ever Olympic Gold Medal in Men's individual golf, our co-founder George S. Lyon.

A golfing experience at the renowned Lambton Golf Club is both a trip to the past and the future. Originally constructed in the early 1900s, for over a century our 18-hole Championship Course and nine-hole Valley Course have offered golfers a traditional parkland-style challenge - nestled within a picturesque backdrop of scenic slopes, beautiful waterways and native foliage.
Take your game to a higher level. With six tee decks per hole and yardages ranging from 4,800 to 7,100 yards, the Championship Course offers a test for every level of golfer. Winding its way up and down the Humber Valley this course provides magnificent vistas and formidable challenges. Open to all Golf Members, the Valley Course sets Lambton apart.
A long game and short game practice facility is close to the first tee of both golf courses. Led by head professional Chris Vasey, the club offers CPGA Professional Clinics, one-on-one instruction, demo days and an Indoor Golf Academy for off-season improvement. Our junior development program features clinics and camps for various age groups.
Lambton hosts golf leagues, tournaments and social functions for all members to enjoy. There is an event for every level of player whether you yearn for competition or are just out for fun. In addition, Lambton's "no tee time" policy makes it easy for members to play spontaneously, whether with friends or new acquaintances.

Lambton is a diamond in the rough. For over 100 years this magnificent Riis Jones designed course has witnessed the birth of a fabulous world class city around it. Hosting this year's RMHC children's charity event, they have rolled out the red carpet for us with their gracious and professional staff. They have an 18 hole and 9 hole executive course etc.
The course looks beautiful and I am looking forward to hacking it up "for the kids"!
