CrossFit Opus was established in 2013 and has been training members of our community ever since. We utilize functional movements that make you stronger for everyday life inside & outside the gym. We believe and trust in the quality we deliver to our members on a consistent basis. The process is what we believe in & our process has been a proven success.
Our programs provide an encouraging, non-intimidating environment that makes every member feel they are a part of our Community. Coaches work with members on an individual level to provide the appropriate movement progressions to help them reach their goals. We maximize class sizes at 12 athletes to ensure everyone receives the best coaching and plenty of space to workout safely.

Services
You can expect a dynamic warm-up, 10-20 minute strength/skill segment and a Workout of the Day (WOD). 30 min Cardio Conditioning classes are designed to get you sweating, elevate your heart rate, increase aerobic capacity and improve strength endurance. These workouts will consist of functional movements at light to moderate loads in small group classes led by our EXPERT COACHES, so you get the maximum results for the least amount of time.
