Passion To Fitness mission is to provide recreational and competitive gymnastics, dance and fitness programs and related gymnastics activities of the highest quality to youth in Hamilton Ontario. Our Vision is to provide athletes and studio members with a safe, welcoming, family atmosphere, skill achievement and fun environment where they can enjoy gymnastics, dance and fitness activities.
Private training is great for those who have a competition/audition coming up, focus better on their own, or just work better 1 on 1. Take your skills to new levels with one of our certified instructors! This Competitive team is for dancers who are looking to expand their talents and knowledge on different dance styles.
Cost per week is $250.00 per child for full day camp from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Camp is for boys and girls ages 4 - 12 years. Body suits, shorts and t-shirts or anything which allows freedom of movement is acceptable for the gymnastics portion of camp. Please try to stay away from large, baggy clothing and no crop tops.
Every year, Passion To Fitness hosts a recital for all the athletes in our studio. This year 2018, we want to give back by donating to a local animal shelter. At the cost of $25.00 per ticket, 20% of each ticket sold will be donated to the Hamilton - Burlington SPCA. We hope to continue a similar tradition with our annual Recitals donating to a different cause each year!
Yes, we always pro-rate the price of programs, so you can register at any time through the session. This membership means that your child is insure with our insurance company for liability purposes. Yes, Passion To Fitness offers 5% off each additional child in your family, who are registered in the same session.

A cute gymnastic studio that feels like home! Alena is such an incredible coach and has experience from being a professional gymnast. She is kind and hardworking. She teaches the children gymnastic skills but also teaches them respect. I love seeing how happy my daughter is to go every week. Wish I found this place sooner!

Coach Alena is amazing ! We feel so incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to train with her. Alena’s knowledge, calm and caring demeanor and how she motivates her students to push harder is why she is a standout. We have seen significant improvement and growth in our girls since our training began with Alena, we only wish that we had started with her sooner. As soon as class is over, our girls ask when they get to go back! Great Safe Environment for Kids. All facilities are clean and COVID protocol is in place all the time. Coaches are very attentive to all kids needs, you can feel personal approach to every member! This is Just an amazing place to learn about gymnastics. I would like to add that Alena is very honest owner, she is always available to answer your questions. After visiting many gymnastic clubs, basically auditioning many coaches it was easy to select Alena and Passion To Fitness to train our girls. Her welcoming demeanour, her attention to detail and correction, her commitment to our girls success was beyond reproach. We watched our competitive gymnast master skills quickly while taking some one on one private lessons with Alena, Alena is always challenging the girls to do better in a fun and positive way. My daughter loves training at Passion to Fitness. This is a very professional environment with a strong focus on safety. (and of course fun!!)
