The best way I think I would describe Rick is that he is honest to a fault. A fresh change from the stereotype of many garages. I trust Rick completely and am never worried when I take one of our cars to him to work on. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Just called and the lady was very impatient and rude. I asked a couple questions and I got a very loud sigh and ask who I am and asked if I was calling for the auto. Of course I was why would I be calling there? And I wanted an appointment before a I gave my name. Very rude. Didn't even get an appointment

Everyone here seems to go out of their way to help you and do it in the most efficient, honest, cost effective way possible. My partner and I were passing through Port Alberni where our car broke down. Rick heard our problem and took a few hours out of the day to see to it that the car got back on the road that day! Would recommend to everyone. We are so grateful we broke down in this town because everyone has been so helpful here!

I have no idea where these negative "non-comment reviews" come from but Rick Denis has looked after our vehicles for over 20 years. He is the most honest and reliable shop on the Island. I drive from Parksville now to have his shop service my vehicles. H3 Hummer, Mini Cooper, F-150. No one services my vehicles but his shop.
