Super professional, above and beyond service. Nick made everything easy, from setting up our rental car to accommodating our schedules. Brian's bodywork was so good, as was the painters! They kept us informed along the way, we will be traveling back from Salt Spring anytime we need vehicle repairs. Two thumbs way up for this shop!! Well done!!

Friends of ours told us of the wonderful experience with Nick and the staff at Bavaro Autobody after her new car got dinged in a parking lot. When our car had a minor run in with a curb at a parking lot. I took it to Bavaro Autobody to get a estimate to fix the damage. I didn't even bother to get other quotes. Our friends where right the shop was spotless and the staff where great. The car was done quicker then they said it would be and it looked as good as it did when it was new. I would definitely recommend Bavaro!

After having an already great experience with them fixing my car 5 years ago after hitting a deer, I decided to come back as I love to support local businesses. This time I hit a huge buck and damaged my car pretty bad.
They had great communication and made sure I was updated when something new came up, they were very respectful and professional during the whole process, and they even adjusted my car door as it was not opening fully so I could use it while I was waiting to get it my car in for service.
They offered a courtesy car which was awesome to drive around in and when I got my car back

Lived up to and exceeded expectations.........took my corvette to Bavaro after an accident and informed them that I was particular and hard to please and they welcomed the challenge. Great group of guys, outstanding eye for detail and excellent final product. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else..................and I live in Nanaimo !!
