My beloved 2002 Lexus convertible had a bit of a problem. With only app 90,000 km on the clock the check engine light came on. I was sure it was the sensor but it also needed a oil change because the car had not been driven for almost 1 year. I stopped by your shop to ask a few questions to get feeling if I wanted my car entrusted and repaired at your shop.

Super service from Miles Automotive while on vacation camping in Parksville. They serviced my car in less than three hours. Gave me a ride back to the campsite and picked me up again when my car was ready. Life savers considering the car trouble happened on a Friday. Would highly recommend. A great husband and wife team.

After taking my dodge 3500 diesel pick up in for some custom exhaust work I noticed it wasn’t quite right. Brian said to bring it in and after looking at and seeing what my concern was brought my truck in and redid the problem pipe at no charge and because it was taking longer than he anticipated let me use the shop car.

Funny Story! Miles Automotive was recommended to me by a client that was getting warranty work done on his new European auto inside the service department of a European dealership. He highly recommended them as he was a previous client for his older British vehicle. I gave Miles Auto a try and guess what? Wow, great service, beat the European dealership price by a long shot and they were knowledgeable and professional completing the job in record time. Even repairing a previous headlight issue that was incorrectly done at the dealership that I paid premium dollar for. I will return to Miles Automotive

This shop recommended repairs my car did not need. My BS detector was going off, I obtained another independent opinion from another shop in Parksville. It turned out the repairs Miles D Automotive recommended were not needed, the parts they claimed were broken, were not broken. I am thinking there are three possibilities here of why Jules and Brian the owners would do this; they are extremely incompetent, they hire incompetent techs, or are outright ripping people off?

Avoid this place at all costs. took my caer in with a problem, they never addressed that and instead chased down ghosted do to incompetence. costy over 2 grand and they one mentioned the problem as a footnote, problem repeated after one week and I found the problem myself, 25.00 part and 15 minute job to repair properly. all i got was excuses. Original owner had a good reputation but new owner is riding that reputation and I predict they will fail horribly before to long.
