Im a guy and I came to get a simple haircut, there were 2ppl waiting inside so I asked if I have to wait outside. She said yes. I sat outside for more than an hour waiting for the 2 ppl to finish their haircut. While I was waiting 2 girls came for haircut and that lady told them to wait inside! I thought there is a barber for girls alone so I didnt mind. Once the guy was finished with his cut I thought I was next, and when I stepped back in the shop another lady asked if I wanted the cut but the lady who told me to wait outside was silent and she started to cut the hair of the girl that came after

I would give 0 stars but obviously that is not an option. Came here on an impulse decision and the lady told me that she would be able to work on my hair that was previously boxed dye. She bleached my hair two times while being extremely rough and the results were uneven. I told her my scalp was burning and she did nothing about it, but instead went to work on other customers. My hair BURNT off and I had strands of hair that were burnt to the roots. She proceeded to say this was "normal", and it was supposed to happen. After colouring the hair, it was
