Aioli Seafood Restaurant
Aioli is a classic French sauce made of garlic, olive oil, and egg, like mayonnaise. There are many variations and it is traditionally served with seafood, fish soup, various boiled fish and vegetables.

People who choose a career in the culinary arts are almost always driven by their passion: the desire to create something extraordinary that gives others pleasure; the instinct to serve people with pride; and the simple joy of making people happy from the inside out.For most of us, this is a calling of the highest order, and one that can only be answered by spending every day doing what we love.
Services
Firecracker Shrimp ($ 13.95) - Tempura battered shrimp, creamy sweet chili glaze with spring green salad. Crispy Avocado ($ 12.95) - Crab Stuffed avocado drizzled with sweet soy and smoked paprika mayo. Jumbo Shrimp Caesar ($ 14.50) - A shrimp skewer, grilled with herb and garlic on bed of Caesar Salad.

By far my favourite seafood place in Parksville! We usually grab takeout. It’s always ready to go when we get there + everyone working is so kind. Big love for all their soups and especially the Crispy Shrimp Sandwich! A must try if you’re passing through!

Such a wonderful place to eat. I was craving seafood and this place didn't disappoint. My fiance got the maple glazed salmon and I ordered the shrimp scampi with some garlic bread on the side. Absolutely delicious salmon. You can taste the maple, and smoke from the grill and its perfectly cooked. The pasta was to die for. Lots of shrimp and the pasta sauce was creamy and so tasty. On top of that the waitress was lovely and kind. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Everything we ordered were cooked to perfection esp the lobster bisque for our starter and the crab cake filled mushrooms (something like that) was fresh from the oven and melts in our mouth every bite of it. The server was really nice and friendly.

This restaurant is a gem! We both ordered fish and chips. I had the 2 piece cod with chips. My wife, the 1 piece halibut with a garden salad. The coleslaw was very tasty. The batter on the fish was light, crispy, flavourful and not greasy. The garden salad was excellent with fresh vegetables and a lovely lemony dressing. The service was excellent.

Real good, no reservations required so we walked in, showed passport and sat down. Simple Simon! The food was so good they were sold out of certain things. Big sellers I guess.. both food and service was friendly and efficient. Good job

The service was excellent but most of the food we ordered was horrible, worse than cafeteria food. We had: jambalaya chicken bowl, almond crusted ling cod, crab cakes, lobster bisque and kids fish and chips and chicken nuggets. The bisque was lovely abd the kids meals good but all the others horrible. Do not order or be very disappointed. Jambalaya bowl chicken was over cooked and super chewie! Aty next visit in Parksville I'll avoid this restaurant!

Attended for lunch today with Hubs. Staff were very friendly, Covid-19 precautions were in place. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our server said reservations are highly recommended for dinner, given that they are not at full capacity, due to Covid-19.

It was a bit busy when we arrived, but our server was friendly and competent. I ordered the halibut, which is expensive but tastes excellent (after adding lemon and a bit of salt).
The salad was a touch small, but since it was included as one of two side items it was acceptable. It tasted good, and I liked the vinaigrette. I liked the carrots cut into flowers - a cute touch.
My father-in-law enjoyed his shrimp, and they packed a lot of them onto the skewers.
I would definitely come back - the portions looked a bit small on the plate to me, but in the end they were actually just right.

Great casual seafood restaurant. ..as a tourist from Vancouver we are envious of this little treasure. Very fast and friendly service, tasty food. I had the aioli combo/ fish and chips with coconut shrimp, calamari, clams and white fish..my husband the paella. He felt the paella could have been a bit more flavorful, but nice quantity my fish was perfect.

We really enjoyed this restaurant as the service was excellent and the batter on the fish was very nice. We ordered the halibut and I found the fish quite thin compared to others. The price for two pieces was quite high at $23.95. The fries were hot and fresh.

Bad rude service

I came in the other night at 7:45 I was greeted at the front by the waitress I told her I would like to place an order to go. She handed me a menu and said "ok but we close soon". The website said open until 9pm. Maybe the kitchen closes at 8? So I placed my order with her and while I was waiting it started to rain. Since I had walked to the restaurant I didn't want to walk in the rain and asked her if it would be ok if I ate there instead of having my food to go. She said "no because I already placed your order to go" I said ok can the kitchen just

Just had one of my best seafood meals in BC. My family and I ordered and shared several dishes so I had a chance to experience many different types of seafood and cooking styles. Every single order we had was great with the pan seared red snapper taking top spot and then their halibut dish. The seafood mix platter was absolutely amazing too :) the red shrimps were fresh and the lobster was very tender. We also ordered halibut and chips and I vouch for their batter as being one of the best and least greasy I ever had. We finished our meal with a toffee cake and their New York cheesecake. The toffee

So glad we came here! We had asked a local for a seafood restaurant recommendation and they were spot on. The seafood was great and you could tell it was fresh. They cater to those with gluten intolerances which is also great! It is also very affordable for what you get. Would definitely recommend!

We like to visit Parksville in the summer and Fish and Chips just goes with a beach day. This is not a good choice We had 2 pc cod and chips. Cod was previously frozen and did not have a good texture. Tasted a bit greasy. Fries were over done. Service was polite.

This place is awful. I have never seen calamari look like that before. It looked like a ball of deep fried dough. There was no flavor. I couldn't even tell what kind of seafood it was. The tzatziki was also really bad. Too much sour. The oysters Rockefeller were also just as terrible. Watery and gross. Never going back.

STOP AND READ BEFORE GOING HERE !!

First - if you plan on "dropping in", between 5 and 7. .... DON'T!! Call ahead and get a reservation or get your name on a waiting list. We showed up and were told that a wait for our family of 4, would be about 45min.
Location has extremely limited seating and a tiny kitchen (formerly Joe's Only).

Second - food is a hit and a miss. Kids had fish and was well worth the almost $20 a plate. I had the BOUILLABAISSE and I basically got nothing. A bowl of a few mussels and a chuck a fish. Worst thing ever tasted. Wife stuck with the fish and

We had to stop in Parksville for the afternoon and knew we'd be having a late lunch somewhere but had no idea where to go. Spotted this place as we parked for another errand, headed in and were thrilled with the spontaneous decision!
The decor is not fancy, but the place smelled terrific and was also clean. Waitress was super friendly, warm and efficient. My mom had an entrée special, and our friend and I had the pan fried oysters (amazing!!!) with different seafood chowders. The corn clam chowder was hot and sweet and soooo delicious, the other was rich and buttery. The baked snapper was
