The Program was formed early in 1992 to meet the child care needs of families enrolled at the Lambton-Kingsway Junior Middle School and its surrounding community. The Program is a non-profit organization overseen and directed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The Before & After School Program is licensed by the Ministry of Education to provide before and after school care for kindergarten and school age children from September to June and a school age Day Camp in the summer.The Program must meet or exceed a range of Provincially determined criteria to renew its license annually.

Services
The B&A program is focused on the understanding that children are competent, capable, curious and rich in potential. Working together with parents and children, the staff of Lambton Kingsway Before & After Program will deliver a program where the children will excel. The Before and After Program uses How Does Learning Happen?' as a guide to incorporate the ELECT principles into the program.

The B&A program has been great for our daughter. B&A doesn't only provide child care - it is educational, promoted creativity and encourages the kids to be active too. I've been very impressed with the program and with what my child gets out of it. My children have had a wonderful experience in the Lambton Kingsway B and A program.
There is no fee required to apply to join the Lambton-Kingsway Before & After School Program. Monthly fees cover morning and afternoon care and are determined by the Board of Directors. Subsidized spaces for the kindergarten Before & After Program are available to eligible families. Contact The City of Toronto Children's Services for more information.
Payment and refunds: Payment in full by credit card is required with registration. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee per child, per transaction. No refunds are available within 10 business days of the start date of your child's camp session.
