There is no option of zero star here so i am giving 1 star. My experience is horrible . The lady who assisted me was so rude and seemed so clever. Firstly, she made me feel that i am not able to buy gold. Other than that, when i was trying to ask something to her. She literally got annoyed and that thing was visible on her face. Never recommend this place to anyone. It was my first and last visit to this place. There is great hype of this place on every radio channel but it is just overrated.

I went there to buy a chain for myself but after looking at the variety in the store, I ended up buying a chain and very beautiful ring and bracelet. The staff was very friendly and polite. Also the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely visit again and also will recommend to all my family and friends to visit there. Thank you mahindra jewellers!

Worst customer service I have ever received from a jewelry store. It’s interesting how they change their words and promises when a bracelet they made breaks within a month. Sonia (manager) and Sukhjit (sales rep) need to get some proper training. Poor quality and zero professionalism. Not only did they waste our time when the bracelet was initially being made since their pick up time was incorrect, they wasted our time when we brought it back and did not resolve the issue or fix the bracelet. I, highly, do not recommend shopping at this place.

I was visiting relatives in BC. I am currently from South Africa which is gold country. Out of curiosity I was recommended to visit Mahindra Jewelers in Surrey.
I was amazed at the huge variety that they have in store. I was like a child in a candy store, It was an awesome experience.
The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. I even met with the owner and his wife who were very gracious and humble.
It was not my intension to buy that day but at the end of the day I spent money on gifts for my children back home as the prices were so reasonable.
I highly recommend that any tourist/ visitor

My husband bought me a chain from this store for my birthday in March this year, but one of the links was lose and it fell, I almost lost it until I traced my steps back and drove to the last place I was at and found it lying on the floor somewhere. I took it to get it fixed at the store and was told it’s fixed and sturdy but it broke from one of links again and fell somewhere and this time I couldn’t find it. That was over $600 lost and the sentiments attached to it even more. Very disappointed!

I went their to just look for some jewelry and when I was inside these two indian ladies started to force me to buy right away even when I said no they started to beg me over and over again I asked them to buzz the door so I can leave and they did not do it and keep saying please stay dont go I said again and again to buzz me out finally they made this rude face and buzzed me out I quickly ran as fast as i can and got out of there safe.
It was a very very very!!! uncomfortable experience I would not recommend anyone going their they do not give honest opinion on anything they want you to buy anything
