Have old family jewellery? Bring in your old gold for an assessment that can be exchanged for cash value or store credit. Better yet, work with our custom design team to turn old jewellery into something new! We have experienced professionals who will work with you to establish a fair replacement value on your lost or stolen jewellery items.
This section includes a selection of our bracelets. In store we have plenty more styles and reliable staff who are eager to help you find the right piece of jewellery for any occasion. Purchase online or we recommend coming by and seeing the jewellery in person first. Manufacturer suggested retail prices are shown along with the generous 20% discount we extend to all of our customers.

We have everything from pink diamonds, turquoise, tourmaline, and everything in between.
There are several steps involved in the custom design process, to which we include you in every step of the way. From concept to finished piece you get to be involved in making and re designing the jewellery piece of your dreams. We had a good experience at the Gold room… we had a couple of familial/vintage gold and silver buttons from old Costumes from the Netherlands. We wanted to make them into earrings and a pendant…. We were immediately assured that this could be done…and it was done in a very timely, beautiful and very functional manner.
I was thinking to only give 4 stars, however That does not reflect their service and performance, for that they deserve 5 !!! I would have felt more comfortable if they would have taken a photo with the claim tag when we left our precious heirlooms with them….just for some

This is my go to jewelry store in North Delta/Surrey! The staff are so helpful and they always make me feel comfortable - no pressure and no rush. I have nothing but good things to say about The Gold Room! I had several family heirloom pieces that needed to be fixed/deep cleaned, and several pieces that I wanted some custom work done on.

Last year I had my engagement ring appraised there and was very satisfied with the level of service I received especially as they had an on-site gemologist.
I went back to them this year to purchase wedding bands there and had them resized, along with a few adjustments/upgrade to my engagement ring. The service was ok - Doug referred me to Charlene, the customized diamond specialist. We dealt with Charlene who was professional but very assuming. She didn't pressure us yet she also easily brushed off a few things when I asked her how much a certain adjustment to my engagement ring would cost -
