I bought my car in February. it's a piece of garbage and had issues with it since then. my warranty doesn't cover it. it has a turbo engine and warranty doesn't cover turbo engines. nobody helps that works here. it's all the mechanics fault. already spent around $1000 and still haven't even touched the engine issues. I work so hard every day to pay for this heap of trash and still have to pay to fix it all the time. do not buy from these people

DO NOT BUY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! MY FRIEND BOUGHT A CAR THAT STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A MONTH AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP HER. ALSO TURNED OUT THEY SOLD HER A WARRANTY THAT DOESN'T EVEN COVER HER VEHICLE. THEY COMPLETELY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER. THEY EVEN BLOCKED HER SO SHE CAN'T LEAVE A BAD REVIEW!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from Selina she took my old car on trade and really great customer service as there in Nova Scotia and I live in New Brunswick they delivered it right to my driveway and took my old car …. Scammers 4 month old car problems right from beggining refused to fix anythung 5000 to have evetything fixed i am now sueing below is what's wrong with my knew car I am out 15,000 I hope the judge tosses the book at them and they never ever sellanother car again they knew I was a single mom with a special need child on low income I lost 500 so far to fix it and 5000 more to go they truly make me sick all they do is yell and hang up on me refused to fix issues a week after I bought car they are also extremely abusive they should be put out lf business SHAME ON YOU JOHN HAYDEN KEVIEN MACDONALD

I have had two experiences with the company the first was good the second was not good. Long story short my time and money were wasted due to the dealership not fulfilling its promises. I have either been lied to or Hayden agencies can't fulfill the basic requirements of their business both of which are problems. If anyone from Hayden agencies would like to contact me to make this right do not hesitate.

I was a first time car buyer, I was only ever driving an old beater I had for 6 years and nothing more, I went to the Dartmouth/Bedford location and thought all was well, up until I worked for Scotiabank servicing car loans and dealer finance until I realized I was scammed.
Yes it is on me for not doing me diligence and reviewing my contracts before signing but there has been so many issues with them since the beginning, after I have this process with the lawyer over I hope I'll be able to get out of the loan one way or another whether it be trading my car in or selling the loan.

I know the people that work at this dealership the cars they get are not as good as a big name car dealership in dartmouth Nova Scotia thay get there car from eather car auction or it was at another car dealership that they did not have space for or was not able to been sold at that dealership they got it at but there not all bad cars but the people that own this dealership are good at what thay do before you choose this car dealer look around
