The salesperson working there today should not be selling cars.
I entered the lot (in my 2017 Focus Electric) and was approached immediately by a salesperson. I clearly stated I was interested in purchasing the white 2019 Tesla Model 3 beside the front door, preferably today, and asked if I could see it and test drive it. I was told "no, there is a learning curve to driving an electric vehicle". I said, I already own an electric vehicle and have driven Tesla's before (not really any different from others, press one pedal to move forward, one to stop, park, drive reverse etc). I mentioned again

Harvard sold a car to me along with an extended Global Warranty. However when the car was totalled by a deer just three weeks after purchase, Harvard Auto nor Global Warranty would offer me a refund on the warranty, even though it explicitly states in the warranty agreement that a refund will be issued “on a pro-rata basis in the event of a total loss.” I liked Harvard Auto at first, the service seemed good and I trusted them, but now I know that they are just dishonest used car salesmen and their profits come before doing what is right. I purchased my first car from Harvard Auto yesterday, it was much easier a process than I had been expecting.
Brandon was kind and accommodating through the whole process, and responded quickly to my questions. I’ve seen a few other cars at other dealerships and car lots, and really appreciated the solid deal and no pressure sales approach at Harvard.

Brandon Myers sold our car to us and he was fantastic from start to finish. I was in touch with him out-if-province, until picking our car up in Nova Scotia and he was friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing was fair. We will definitely go back when we need another car. This was the best buying experience we've had as car owners, since 1997.

I have been dreaming about a sports car all my life. When I looked on-line and saw the 2018 Audi TTRS at Harvard Auto Sales I went straight there. Justin took the time to answer the questions that were important to me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was introduced to Mike MacMillan, the GM, and he was also very pleasant and made the sale process extremely easy. If you are in the market for a new car (and let me tell you, they do have some pretty hot looking vehicles), I would suggest you visit Harvard and ask for Justin! Wow, wow, wow!! This was the first time I used Harvard Auto and to say I was impressed is an understatement. I contacted them after review a vehicle from their inventory. I knew what I wanted and they had it. I spoke to Brandon to ask a couple of questions and within 1 hour, I had bought my 2019 Tucson. Brandon and Steve went out of their way and even came in on their day off to ensure that everything went well, and it did. Do yourself a favour and go check them out. You will not be disappointed. I got a post bankruptcy car through Harvard 25 years ago, which helped me establish my current superior credit rating. Today I got another great deal from them. After searching for 2 months I can say they they are the only dealership which gave me a fair offer for my trade in as well as an interest rate far lower than any other I was offered.
Henry, the salesman was courteous and professional while Steve the Sales Manager made the entire process very easy.

We just bought an awesome car at a VERY good price from Harvard Auto sales. We spent all day at dealerships and we wish we had gone straight to Harvard. The staff are friendly, patient and professional and not at all pushy like so many car dealership out there.
