Mark is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) who has run a successful management consulting company for the past decade. So why cars, you might ask? Robert has been with Griffin Motors for almost a decade. He is passionate about cars and is an accomplished race car driver in both BMW sedan racing and Formula BMW Open Wheel racing.

The vehicle must be in the same condition as of the time of sale with no more than 300 additional kms from the time of sale. If the vehicle has been involved in an accident, has been damaged in any way or has been modified after the sale, it will not be eligible for return. For refunds, the dealership will charge a modest re-stocking fee.
We will bring the vehicle right to your home, office or a nearby location** at a time that suits your schedule. We've been offering this service for years. I was in the market for getting a new car on relatively short notice, and had an exceptional experience dealing with Robert. Not once did it feel like he was pushing to sell me something, and he was very open about any questions I had. He was very willing to work with me on securing a financing deal that worked best for me. He was also very responsive and helpful after my test drive in getting all of the paperwork and applications squared away, and made buying a car extremely painless.
I have nothing but kudos for this place, and it will definitely be the first place I go if I'm ever in the market

I purchase a 2017 Acura ILX almost a month ago from this dealership. I have to say the customer service was excellent. Robert and his dad were professional, accommodating and very competitive in todays market. The car was everything they said and more. I was very impress on how clean inside and out it was when I arrived, also a full tank of gas and I didn't even have to ask. Robert was one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with and I worked in this industry before!!!! I'm very happy with my car and will return in the spring to purchase my summer tires through their dealership! I highly recommend

I bought this beautiful car from them. I was looking for the exact model from different dealerships but Griffin Motors had the best price and also the best customer service. I was looked after by Robert. He helped me above and beyond the expectations. He is so humble and nice person. I Traded my old car to get this car and they gave me the best value as I checked with other places who were giving me way less than Griffin Motors. I highly recommend everyone to visit them at least once before buying car from somewhere else.

I had a great experience. Robert was not pushy at all, nor did he shut me down when it seemed like I could not purchase the car. His patience and personality were exceptional! My experience with Griffin Motors in January was excellent.
Unfortunately, after driving my vehicle for 4 and a half months (5600 km) my brakes were totally shot, front and back, and the tires that were on the vehicle at delivery, which were changed out for winter tires when I got the vehicle, were also not worth putting back on, as they were full of dry rot. I did contact Robert with the information, and they offered $500. toward the bill for the brakes. I appreciate the $500. , but the brakes definitely should not have passed inspection by BMW, and I should not have had to put a full set of

Great experience overall. I purchased a 2016 Tesla Model S from Rob. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Since I bought my vehicle without having the ability to travel to Nova-Scotia due to the COVID travel restrictions, Rob took time to send as many pictures as I wanted and also went over the car with me via FaceTime. Rob also coordinated the shipping of my car to Ontario.
When I took delivery of the vehicle the driver door handle no longer worked; I reached out to Rob who immediately offered to pay for the repair. That's what customer after-sales service should be all about.

I've just bought a car from Robert at Griffin Motors. This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. They have a reputation for excellent quality, honesty, and integrity. I went in looking at a Porsche 911 and left with a Mercedes S550. Robert and I communicated thru email for the most part, however when it came to the test drive I drove both the 911 and S550( I know totally different classes of car) but I was amazed at the ride of the S550. Robert went above and beyond and assured all questions, concerns and expectations were met. I left with a great deal on my new (used) car that

If you want to buy a Porsche or Maserati they might be OK. But then you aren't probably concerned about money so much. But if you are in the market for a normal car, go elsewhere. They talk a good line about sticking by their customers but aren't there when you need them. I bought a car from them in May 2019 and in September it needed a new transmission. When I called them on it they said the transmission was fine when I bought it so why should they be held responsible? I drove the car with care and never abused it. The warranty they provide covers a fraction of the cost. DON"T TRUST
