We will do our best to make sure you are brought into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on time, but there will be times the occasional unexpected delay due to an emergency or because we are providing care for a patient that needs a little more time.

For the annual checkup, the vet Dr. Mehr didn’t examine my dog’s teeth. Only when I asked how the teeth looked he said he wasn’t able to and made an excuse. If I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have even known about it. They said to come in a few months again for a dental checkup. There was no follow up from the clinic. The reason I asked Dr. Mehr specifically about the dental checkup is because of a previous bad Google review I read about a client mentioning lack of dental care by the vet.
The examination rooms do not seem the cleanest as well and look grungy.

I went to this clinic for more than 6 years. The doctor and his staffs really care about my dog and always applied the correct treatment to my dog and avoid over treatment. My dog broke her leg badly and cannot walk. After the surgery, my dog can walk after 5 days and feel comfortable. I am highly recommend this vet.

Everything is great until it is not. For years I have been taking my dog to this clinic. My poor dog, who is only 5 and had regular cleanings and check ups, lost 27 teeth to periodontal disease because of the vet's negligence/ lack of training and knowledge. The clinic does not have an x-ray machine, which should be paramount when dealing with pets. My dog had 2 dental cleanings done here, which is equal to operating in the dark. I relied on the doctors expertise and education, big mistake...How can you treat and clean teeth if you have no idea what is going on underneath the gums!? I am completely

The doctor was very informative and honest on what the next Step we should take with our aging cat. He encouraged us to not waste our money on further procedures due to cats age and he had lived a full life and that it was okay to let him go now. Was helpful to hear that from him. Really appreciated his patience. Would definitely recommend this vet clinic!

This is the first place I took my cat as soon as I got him, and boy what a great place to choose. The Vet is kind, compassionate and very friendly. He addresses all questions you have and goes beyond to make sure you understand. His recommendations are top notch and he's great with animals (Especially when he has to give them shots and needles). I recommend everyone to take their pets here

They are kind, funny, supportive, and treat everyone like family. The doctor has extensive knowledge and understanding of cats and dogs, he treats my animals as if they were his.

I recently took my dog to Avro and am very impressed. The vet is awesome.
He spent so much time talking to me and explained things very well. He is very gentile and a very nice man. Good staff. Great clinic . I had my dog's file transferred from our regular clinic and will go to Avro from now on. This clinic was referred to me from a friend and I am so happy I tried it.
