Fantastic work done to replace and repair my trunk & bumper from an accident. Parts were ordered immediately and they organized the rental company for me. Had the work finished earlier than they estimated and had fully washed and detailed the exterior and interior of my car. Superior service, communication, and care taken of myself and my car! This is sadly a negative review.
I brought my car in for a bumber repair quote, which was all well and good and pretty quick. But when I got the okay from ICBC for the repair, things quickly went down bad. I called the shop as soon as I got the go and the person who answered told me I will get a call later to see when I can schedule the repair. Fast forward one week I called them as a "Hey I never got a call." A guy answered and explained to me they are just waiting on rentals to clear. I'm like okay no big deal, I know accidents happen a lot in BC and it can be hectic sometimes. Anyways a month

My door and fender liner were damaged. The door needed new hinges and the fender replaced. Because it wasn’t an emergency, I shopped around a bunch of auto body shops in Surrey and Langley. Here’s why I selected this one:

-Value for money. (Did not have comprehensive insurance)
-No marketing, pushy selling
- in and out.. no bs service. They tell you what’s wrong and what will be needed. They won’t beat around the bush. Their answers are short and that saves you time
-timely service. They will tell you a time it will be ready and things that can delay and by how much. So you know

This was a most pleasant encounter I could have hoped for. Not only did they do a fantastic job in making my “baby” as good as new they made me feel like it was as important to them as it was to me. When I went to pick up my car it was spotless inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a job very well done

Id choose this location again and again if needed. I don't live near by, and when I experienced a break in and attempted theft of my vehicle. I chose cloverleaf auto body to do the repair through icbc. They were just fantastic. Icbc on the other hand...
Margaret at the front desk is such a wonderful and helpful woman. Kept me in the loop through the whole process. Went above and beyond this shop to make my day! They aren't open weekends, yet I was able to still get my vehicle on a Saturday! I also when picking up my vehicle was expecting it to look trashed like it did when I got broken into. Nope
