All shipping within North America is complimentary with purchases over $499. If the purchase is less than this amount than a flat fee of $9.99 is charged for shipments within Canada, and $14.99 for shipments to the USA. FedEx is our preferred handler. Some packages may arrive by alternate carrier based upon size, price, or destination.
Stones is committed to the high quality and integrity of our work. All of our pieces come with an included two year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes the stones and setting of the piece. After the two years has passed, we will still fix any damaged jewellery at the cost of repair to us.
Clarity grades assess the number, size, relief, and position of inclusions and blemishes. The Scale used starts at I3, meaning included 3. This is the most included a diamond can be. The scale ends at FL which stands for flawless. The size of diamonds greatly affects how important the clarity is to a individual stone.

We're so happy we found Stones Jewellery. We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary with a visit last week. The service was outstanding. The quality and variety in the store are exceptional. We really enjoy dealing with Stone's Jewellery, and have done so for over 40 years now. I still have the first piece my husband ever bought me there, and I still enjoy it. Stone's has been a great place to shop for jewellery. They have unusual, high quality pieces, so you don't ever see someone else with the same piece. They deal politely with every customer, whether you end up buying something or not. They understand that great service means repeat business. And, as a bonus, it's a great place to look at beautiful objects.

Brandon’s jewellery knowledge and customer service were mastered. He accurately recalled a previously viewed Canadian made jewellery piece and was able to expertly describe the make, model and subtle purchasing considerations which will be reflected in the complimentary appraisal. Swung by after having tea with my son, and browsing turned to buying because of the stellar customer service from Behnaz as well as the kindness and patience displayed towards my 5yo. The staff was attentive to both me AND my kid, which is rare in a high end store. Every piece is unique and ethically sourced, and I really love how it is all locally designed and made. It will be a piece I will have always attached to the lovely memory of our little trip to B.C. together.

I visited Stone's Last December and I totally fell in love with an elegant diamond and citrine ring! It was on an amazing sale and with the US exchange rate, I could not resist it! I love the ring and the sales manager and sales staff were amazing. I plan to return to Stone's whenever I visit Victoria! What an amazing selection of unique designs!
