The most horrific experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I are currently looking for wedding bands and decided to step into this store at Park Royal. First, no one approached us until we had to ask. Second, when we went to the back to see wedding bands, the first thing this women said was “wow, your ring is quite dirty,” we both looked at each other in awe, but decided to stay to see what they had. She was very abrupt and extremely rude, continuing to say my engagement ring was “very common and not unique.” The wedding bands are extremely overly priced, and the woman was beyond disrespectful

Went here to get an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I want to give a shoutout to Jeanne as she was the representative who gave me a hand. I really appreciate the time she spent helping me with everything from explaining the 4Cs of diamonds to helping me pick a cut and style. It wasn't an easy feat as I spent almost 6 hours at the store! The ring turned out perfectly and exactly as what I had wanted including the customizations and it was completed before my planned engagement. I have been shopping at Lugaro (West Vancouver) for over a decade and despite my budget changing over the years, one thing has always remained constant - Lugaro’s exceptional customer service. I wanted something of heirloom quality for our 25th wedding anniversary that we can hand down to our children one day. I decided to buy his and hers watches and a lovely diamond ring for my wife to mark the occasion. Ara at the West Van location did a great job helping me out. He was recommended to me by a friend. If you are considering a major purchase then I recommend that you call ahead, ask to speak to Ara, and make an appointment with him. You should also do some browsing on their website before you go in person because there is not enough room in the store to display their entire inventory

I've been looking around for a new Tudor BB58. Everyone I called (even out of province) said it'd be about a 6 month wait list. So I walked into Lugaro last week while shopping at the mall just to ask them how long it'd take to get one. They'd done work on my watches before and the service was great. C. called around and found one for me: 6 weeks. I was so excited so I put a down payment. I got a call 6 days later--it arrived early. The whole team was fantastic and reflected back my excitement at being able to wear it out of the store yesterday. Special thanks to C. for finding the watch for me

Lugaro's reply speaks for itself as to the state of mind this owner is in. Odd that her reply comes almost a year later. Sounds like she is writing an advertisement for her company. As for her slanderous remarks about racist remarks, I don't think my saying "No" falls into that category. Perhaps I should sue her for out and out lying however I will not waste anymore time with this strange behaviour. There are others that have experienced issues there as well therefore her lack of customer service speaks for itself.

I absolutely love the service at Lugaro. All of the SAs are so kind and knowledgeable. Sybille is very welcoming .I went in on Canada Day to have a look. My friend and I were immediately offered a refreshment even though the store was quite busy. We comfortably waited for our time. They remember me even though I've only been there a couple times before. Ara is such a lovely person. He made us feel so cared for and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. Went here to purchase a necklace for my sister's graduation gift. I don't have much experience selecting jewelry (forever single) but the saleswoman was great. A blonde lady with a slight accent (unfortunately didn't get her name), asked me about my sister's usual style and led me from there. She was super patient and even taught me some general tips for when I buy jewelry for someone again in the future. Sister ended up loving the gift. Thanks mystery lady!

This review of Lugaro is a long time coming. I'm not sure how to explain my relationship with Lugaro, only by saying they are one part marriage counselors, one part covert ops. My husband (then fiancee) went to Lugaro to customize my engagement ring before proposing to me. He went to so much trouble designing a ring for me with every feature I've liked in every piece of jewelry I've ever seen-all together in one ring. :( bless his heart, but the ring was a cacophony of shapes.

Lugaro has quickly become my favorite jewelry destination in Vancouver. From their warm, beautiful atmosphere to their incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive staff, they have made the process of jewelry shopping as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Ruined my plans for engagement proposal on Christmas Day
Committed to a diamond and setting month prior. After hearing nothing I called 4 days before Christmas and told it was ready. Excitedly I went to collect the diamond ring - upon review the stone had changed colour and it was a size 6 ring and not 5 which was ordered.
I was told by the owner she changed the diamond to a "better" grade - this was done without any consultation. There was no report offered when I asked for verification it was a H grade color. ( just some in house paper). They attempted to resize the ring and it look

One of the nicest, most affordable jewelry stores in Vancouver!
I went in there to get a new necklace for my girlfriend and was blown away by the selection. It was difficult to choose from the amount of options i was given in my price range.
Very accommodating to your budget, they will work with you to find the perfect jewelry for that special someone.
The online site is amazing, easy to navigate and there are no surprises - if it says its in stock they will get it for you.

I needed a nice gift but I had no idea what I was looking for. I went to Lugaro after a recommendation from a friend, who said the staff here would help me find the perfect gift. Well, my friend was right!
I walked in and was immediately assisted. The staff member was friendly and wasn't pushy. She helped me find a gorgeous necklace in my price range; even after I found what I needed, I couldn't help but look around at all the other beautiful jewelry they sell. I purchased the necklace and left happy with my purchase (my friend loved her gift too!).

Went in to look for an engagement ring/anniversary ring with my husband recently and the sales woman who was helping us didn't smile once, suggested one $8,900 ring and when I said we were looking for something less expensive she immediately checked out and couldn't be bothered to help us so we went elsewhere and found a nice ring in our budget.
My mother went in looking to completely redesign her wedding and engagement rings ad the sales person looked her up and down

I was in the store today looking for a birthday present for my mom. The store is very nicely laid out with beautiful cabinets and decor. They even have a separate room just for their high end watches. They have a large selection of jewelry and the sales person was very helpful in narrowing down the items that suited what I was looking for. I was very happy with their service and found a great gift for my mom.
