Very professional and expedient service repairs on 3 items, one being my wedding ring which they designed many moons ago. I would definitely recommend Francis Jewellers. Rafal and team took good care of me! I purchased a watch strap for $150 less than a year ago from Lugaro and it was already falling apart.

My friend has been a customer of Francis Jewellers for many years. When I mentioned to her that I was considering redesigning my diamond ring, she recommended I talk to them. I am so pleased that I did. I worked with Rafal throughout this process, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He made thoughtful suggestions, sent me sketches and photos, patiently answered my questions, and made me feel that I was in good hands. I received the finished ring this week and am thrilled. I recently had an engagement ring made for my now fiancé. I looked at multiple jewellers and none of them could make what I wanted, in house and locally, accept for Francis Jewellers. I could not have asked for better service or quality. Francis Jewellers (Carly in particular) offered guidance and advise that ultimately made the perfect ring and it was more than I could have asked for. Rafal and his team at Francis designed my wedding band and engagement ring from my Husbands scribble sketch. It is a gorgeous ring and I cannot imagine any other ring. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and the customer service is amazing. When I went in to design my husbands wedding band, I originally came in with a design in my head and when I discussed my design ideas to Rafal, he (thankfully) convinced me out of the original design because it was impractical and busy. Together, Rafal helped me design a new ring and I am so much happier with the design! I cannot imagine any other design

I brought my wedding band and engagement ring to the Francis Jewellers team for soldering. I received excellent advice on fitting the bands together, and the finished product is absolutely stunning. They took incredible care of the delicate opals in my engagement ring and the work was complete in a very quick turn around. I had an exceptional experience here. I went in to have a piece commissioned using my grandma (in law)'s jewelry. It was important to me that I utilized as much of her jewelry as possible within my ring and other jewelers kept trying to upsell me on other gemstones and gold saying that hers wasn't good enough. This was really discouraging as that was the whole point of having a ring made; it was meant to be an engagement ring but we wanted it to be really sentimental.
