The only place in Collingwood for good oysters. The interior is pretty chic & cozy, there’s a nice wine cellar as well. The bar area is very modern and they carry a good selection of liquor/wine. The main course was delicious and fresh as well. This is our favourite spot in town for seafood 😊

We're member of the resort so we decided to have dinner there last week with our stay. Ordered Cajun calamari and Harvest salad. Both good. For main course, we ordered the very pricey Beef Tomahawk Steak for $190 which includes mashed potatoes and some veggies. We've had it before and enjoyed it pretty much. This time though, no! The steak tasted and smells of burned-out oven grease that splattered all over the meat. Someone forgot to clean the oven I guessed. I'm a cook so I know. I told the waitress about it but she just shrugged it off.we hardly ate it and took it upstairs and let my other daughter

We really enjoyed the live music and fresh seafood. The service was excellent. Unlike many other Collingwood restaurants they accept reservations in advance and I do recommend one as they're usually fully booked.

The food was overrated and bland, the service was okay. I expected a bit more for this place as it got some high reviews. The food was very bland with no seasoning, the cocktails were decent. The hostess was great but the server was not good. I've been in this field for 15 years and the level of service I got was not good. Our food arrived before our cutlery did and server offered bread 3 times but didn't come back with bread until I asked for it. Not impressed at all. Will not go back

Amazing amazing amazing!! The ladies at the front went out of their way to accommodate us on a busy night - a big thank you to them! And Ingrid was absolutely incredible and made our evening perfect! The food was also a 10/10. We hope to come back and try their brunch! Highly recommend.

Was super packed over the long weekend and we weren't able to get a table two nights in a row. First come first serve - No Resos. Thankfully they were open Monday and we were first in line to get a patio seat. Great customer service. Amazing views from the upper deck patio level. Good food. We ordered the seafood chowder, the leek and potato soup, fish and chips, sweet potato fries, Calamari, crab cakes, their shrimp curry bowl and a Caesar salad with buttermilk chicken. Top points go to the calamari and fish and chips and sweet potato fries. Shrimp curry bowl lacked a bit of salt and flavour.

Great food, a little on the expensive side but worth it! We had the PEI Mussels and Crab Cakes to start. Entrees were the Miso Glazed Salmon and Shrimp Thai Curry Bowl. For the price it would have been nice to have a few more shrimp in the bowl.

What a horrible and unexpectedly rude welcome from the restaurant front desk. Despite having a reservation of 8 people (confirmation in an email), the lady didn't let us speak, spoke over us, very very rude and didn't even listen. I am shocked and surprised, being in a customer service industry, this is baffling to experience from such a reputed… restaurant. This lady just dismissed us continuing that we don't have a reservation, and wouldn't listen to us, even though we had an email confirmation. In fact, I made this reservation myself with the restaurant team member, while I was in the

The bone marrow and octopus were my favorite, but everything else was not very good. The calamari tastes like tacos and the lobster mac n cheese comes with just a tiny bit of lobster flakes.

Ambiance:
Right close to the harbor, beautifully decorated to match the theme (white and blue). Open concept with huge ceiling to wall windows so you can see outside while dining in. During Covid, they have the tables spread out. It allows for a more intimate dining experience. I would definitely check this place out for dinner.

Service: they were accommodating to our large party as a walkin right before the end of the lunch. Our server knew the menu well!

Food: Creamy seafood- It was indeed creamy and was flavorful

Orecchiette: Supringly looks can be deceiving. When it first arrived I didnt

There was a big downpour when we went for lunch. Had to wait an hour to get our seat, but that was to be expected when computer system goes down and service slow down. I ordered the 6oz steak and frits for lunch, because the meat was so thin. My medium rare actually came out medium well. I still ate it as the meat itself is pretty juicy and tender. My friend on the other side had to ask for the steak to be redone with rare. We were told that because the steak was thin and they have to get to a certain amount of temperature for health regulation so they might not be able to get rare. I'm this

This place offers a robust menu inspire of the covid pandemic. Overall I was a tad disappointed. The food was hit and miss. Some quality offerings but most underwhelming dishes. We were disappointed by the outside seating. For a place called "lakeside" we had a view of a parking lot. The service was a little delayed, but may be due to the pandemic measures and outdoor seating. Finally, the drinks were strong and refreshing. However, at the price point of this restaurant, I would have expected timely service, an on the money menu and a gorgeous view of the marina. We got none of that.

Very nice place, very bad food!!!!
I paid $70 for a "seafood platter" and half of it was mashed potatoes the rest was mostly veggies, a few mussels, and maybe 4 crab legs. They closed the kitchen without asking if we wanted to order dessert.. and to top it all up we had asked for a dish to go and the server clearly forgot about it then blamed it on the kitchen staff... don't waste your time - I'd rather go to McDonald's

This place is garbage. The food is terrible. The cajun calamari doesnt even taste like cajun. The taco is with small piece of fried fish. The ribs are bad and the sides tasted like they were sitting for a long. 1 star is for the view of the water.

Ordered the Seafood Platter: Serves 2 ppl
2 Butter Poached Lobster Tails, Snow Crab Cluster, 4 Prawns, 2 East Coast Scallops, P.E.I. Mussels in a White Wine Broth, Chive Whipped Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables.

This restauraunt is in Collingwood near Blue Mountain, so on the way towards or away from that area its a great pit stop. The lake is Lake Huron btw, not Lake Ontario so its a different view than most people in Toronto are used to. If this were Toronto or Montreal I'd say the main course dishes are over priced, but you have to keep in mind when you're this far out, the options

If you want exemplary food with a very nicely appointed restaurant and a view of the water, this is the place. The waitstaff is very attentive and it would be a good place to bring a family or for a special event. In addition if you want to give someone a very special gift, the spa in the hotel is fabulous!

Catered to a group of 10 with ease. Everyone was happy, their menu is sure to please all of your party.

We shared the calamari & mussels, both were good. Although not overly special or unique.

Their house salad was presented beautifully, and equally as tasty, filling with a variety of beets, goat cheese & nuts.

Steak & frites, grilled to perfection, paired nicely with crispy Brussel sprouts and au jus. I like their pre-fixe options here.

The seafood linguini must stay as is- don't substitute for the zucchini pasta, as it waters it down and will leave you unsatisfied as two

Not sure what's with the poor reviews. I've been here about 3-4 times, and I've been very happy with the food and service. My only complaint would be that the wine prices are a little steep, but the service and food quality is great. Everything is fresh, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and this is one of my partners favourite spots to get a steak (ribeye).
I prefer the fish or seafood, I haven't been disappointed.
I would give this place 4 stars, but feel the need to give 5 because I don't believe they deserve a 3 star review.

What a waste of a beautiful view when management can not create an atmosphere that suits the decor! It was cold and music was way too loud. Cook managed to cook a hard boiled egg runny and crispy bacon also uncooked! Perhaps they were rushing because the meal was not able to be fixed because of change over! So I ended up with a meal I didn't want with a manager unapologetic pointing out at least I ate something on my plate! Ya, a sausage and a bite of toast they didn't even serve home made potatoes they were frozen deep fried! I had dinner plans and cancelled that based on the poor experience

Beautiful lakeside view, gorgeous interior decor and what seems to be a very fun restaurant is only whats worth it compared to its cuisine.

Food: 2/5
Decor: 5/5
Service 3/5
Price: 2/5

Paid: 89.90 +tips for lunch for 2

Its almost always empty during lunch at this place and for sure understandable, the food was a quiet disappointing.

They have 3 mains to choose from? A lot of sandwiches and flat breads and apps. From 15-25 each and the quality isnt up to it.

I ordered the fish and chips however they name it like its some gourmet dish. The fish was fried WITH SKIN?? And riddled with fish bones
