Our office is located in the beautiful Comox Valley on the unceded territory of the K'omoks First Nations. We also provide online services throughout BC and Canada. Our counsellors specialize in life transitions, relationships, trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, children, families, and counselling individuals with special needs. We also provide support services to families who are going through transitions due to separation or court ordered restrictions.

Services
We offer a free 30 minute consultation to new clients. This is a good opportunity to meet your counsellor, ask questions and feel comfortable and confident before you begin therapy. Family sessions can be any combination of family members such as siblings, spouses, or a parent and child. Couple/family sessions can take place in our office, by phone, or on line.
