I recently changed dental offices to A&E and it was the best decision made! My son and I were there a couple weeks ago and the experience was a positive one. In particular the receptionist, Ann was attentive and caring to my son and I. I was able to book my next appointment with ease and didn't have any issues communicating with her. Furthermore, my son is 5 and he had his teeth cleaned and checked with no fuss. I also had a dental cleaning as well and the staff was very nice and accomodating.

I've been a patient with this dental office since 2012 and they are professional group filled with fantastic people.
Anne, the receptionist, is super customer oriented, a great listener - she always considers the best interests of the patient before booking them for appointments. She is such a great asset for their team.

I’ve been going to this dental office for over a year and a half. I love the environment the staff is great they ensure you’re comfortable and they care deeply for their patients. They always do followups after procedures to ensure that you're okay. I’m so happy to be apart of the A&E dental family!

I have been a long term patient at A&E dental care and have loved all the staff and care provided. Appointment times are well respected and warm welcomes are always given upon entry. All staff spend quality time understanding my needs which ensures personalised care! Booking and rescheduling is easily done by the amazing receptionist and payments are never a hassle. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a caring family dentist! So glad to have found this clinic!

The team at A&E Dental is the best dental office team in my opinion. Everyone is genuinely nice and friendly. The dental staff are amazing. I have hated going to the dentist all my life due to mistakes on the staff's part, basically traumatizing me. I found this office through family members and I have never been disappointment with them. They are efficient, they are gentle (which is important during certain procedures) and they are just good at what they do and they simply make sure you are comfortable and they take good care of you. Definitely a place I recommend. =)

I’ve been coming to this dental office for a little over a year. The Reception is amazing she so caring and the stuff also. She alway calls to remind me of my appointment, special coming from Kitchener.
