All appointments both Hair Services and Retail Services are to be made by phone appointment only (604-703-0099). If you have not set up an appointment you will be refused to enter Salon. Do not come ealier than your appointed time as you will have to wait outside the Salon until your scheduled time has arrived.
Do not bring anyone else other than yourself to appointment. Considerations will be allowed for people with disabilities, and parent/guardian accompaniment. During this time you will not be permitted to roam the Salon freely without authorization or accompanied by staff. During scheduled appointment the doors to Salon will be locked until services are completed and paid for.

We took our 1 1/2 year old grandson for his first salon cut; stylist was absolutely amazing with him and his hair, very patient, kind and personable. She gave him a drop fade and it looks awesome! Cute and very clean shop, so worth the drive! We will be back!!!
