Jocelyn will be the friendly face that greets you when you come for your appointment! She is also our supervisor and so should you require any special assistance, Jocelyn will be more than happy to help! Hannah graduated with her Advanced Spa Esthetics and Laser Therapy Diploma from Kosmetae Beauty Academy in 2019.

The staff at Silhouette are friendly, professional, and well-educated in their fields.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment start time. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give reception a minimum of 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for services longer than 1.5 hours) to avoid any cancellation fees.
At Silhouette, we want to make sure that you love using the products you purchase! Any unused/unopened products/items may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. If applicable, you may also exchange any unopened/unused product for a different one. Any exchanges or returns for store credit must be done within 30 days of purchase and with the original purchase receipt.
She has 10 years of experience as a hair stylist and just arrived in BC from Halifax. She is excited to start building her clientele here! To help her meet everyone, we are offering 40% off all hair services booked with her! That includes cuts, colors, foils, styles etc! I love coming here! The atmosphere is so relaxing, the front house staff and manager are very helpful and friendly and you always feel welcome. They do an amazing job at making you feel heard, welcomed and the massages and pedicures are so good! Definitely recommend!

I love this spa! I had a massage by Stacey and she was absolutley amazing! One of the best massages I have had. Nicole did my pedicure and she was so nice to chat with and did a excellent job as well. The spa was uber clean they even had Hepa air filtration in every room! Hands down the best spa in chilliwack! Cant wait to go back and request Stacey again for a massage.

I believe that the most important aspect of every business, is not the product they sell or the service they provide; but their customer service to support and guaranty the quality of what you receive in exchange for your money and time. Silhouette has excellent customer service. The managers care about your satisfaction. I have been here several times for various treatments. I have been happy majority of the time, but the one time that I wasn't, they amazed me by their great customer service. I really appreciate this and I recommend this place to everyone.
