Grieg truly is a master in his salon!!! I love that I can show him any picture and he can make it happen every time, and if it's going to take a few appointments to get there he's honest about it, giving me realistic expectations with every appointment!!!

I haven't had a hair cut since the pandemic began. I went from a pixie cut to a very long curly frizzy hair which I called Medusa. Griegr 's (sp?) calmly (better than Bob-Ross-radio voice) took me through what he was doing and showed me how to manage my curls. It seemed effortless but that only comes with professional dedication and years of skill and knowledge. Fantastic cut and style!

Just had my hair cut by Mickeya and WOW!!! Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my haircut!!! Mickeya instilled so much confidence and was so great to chat with that I didn’t worry one bit about how it would turn out. I knew I wanted a BIG change! A total makeover of my hair. He listened to my lifestyle and made sure my cut suited it. He’s a fantastic artist and an amazing, down to earth human. I sincerely wanted to stay all afternoon to continue our great conversation. After fighting my naturally curly hair for years I had done some heat damage and was feeling kinda sad about how my hair was looking and feeling. So I did my research for a stylist experienced with curls and found Grieg. Wow!! He really knows curly hair and obviously enjoys bringing out my natural beautiful curls. Now my style has so much shape and really suits me. I get compliments at work all the time thanks to Grieg!!

Oh! My gosh! So, I decided to take the scissors ✂️ to my own hair ... don’t try this at home 😂 anyway I needed a hair doctor for my mullet and thank goodness for Greg! I began searching feverishly for a stylist and I came across Illusions and the reviews for this guy were bang on 5 🤩 for me!

After numerous colour disasters at another salon in Chilliwack I even needed a colour correction correcting. The salon didn't have an appointment they could offer me before I was due to go away so I googled… other salons and decided to try Illusions, a decision for which I am eternally grateful! Jessica Mitchell offered me an appointment straight away. Not only was my colour totally wrong but it was also very uneven. However without any prompting from me she did an amazing colour correction, blending the highlights perfectly and removing the dark stripes. Over the next couple of appointments

Jessica was amazing! If I could give her 10 stars I would..she's knowledgeable in both hair and ethically sourced hair products!! she made my hair look fabulous and me feel welcome. Nicely decorated, clean and the staff were all friendly and down to earth.

Took my daughter in for her first "real" haircut as we wanted someone experienced in curls and could not be happier with the results - friendly, knowledgeable, and great with kids (even slightly nervous ones) We will for sure be back!

I had an amazing experience at Illusions Hair Studio today! I conveniently booked my hair appointment online, was greeted when I entered the studio, and chatted with a friendly woman who has known the owner for… 20+ years! This spoke to how personable the staff is and how much they value their clients (vice versa!). Jessica did amazing work on my hair and somehow captured the vision I had in my head for what I wanted it to look like. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back :)

Nery is a master of his craft! He really knows how to perform a cut that's right for YOU. I love his attention to detail and the price for his services are well-worth it. Highly recommend giving him a shot the next time you're in need of a cut!
