Honestly this place was recommended to me by a friend so it was my first time visiting this jewelry shop and normally I'm very picky to the places i go no matter how good the reviews are. But for real the customer service is very good, super nice guy i dealt with. If your looking to sell your jewelry i can honestly promise you they will pay more then anyone out there He paid me exactly what gold is going per gram and paid me $60 more then any other spot would. I dont know the owner or anyone who works there i just really appreciate honest/good customer service. This is my go 2 jewelry shop now

Gold Lobby is the best place to go to sell your gold and silver; you'll get the best price for your items! Very honest and knowledgeable. Courteous, prompt service while you wait. And Watch battery replacements only $10 each. I checked other stores and they were $16 and higher. Happy with the watches and the $400+ we got for jewellery that was just sitting in a draw at home.

I had a bracelet chain break apart and needed a fix very quickly. I got the bracelet for Christmas and it was of extreme sentimental value. I emailed Gold Lobby and received an immediate reply that I could come in the next day for a same-day repair.
