Had a Ecoflush toilet that wasn't flushing consistently at my office. Called on a Thursday. Scheduled for a Monday morning service call.
On Monday morning, Plumber did not show. Called the office, and they said that he would be there "soon". Waited the whole morning for him.
Finally, instead of coming, Tony just called me and asked about the problem. Said that it seems like we would need to replace a part, but he would have to order it and that it would cost about $450, and part would usually take 24-48 hours. He asked me to email them the model number, which I did right away.

Should say during appt arrangements that coming to Mississauga is out of area and charging $ 400 to reinstall a toilet needing a new gasket and $325 to replace a bathroom faucet is outrageous. Simply did not want to do the job and needed the balls to say it in the first place and not waste everyone's time.

We hired this company to replace our water pipe to the city line to make ready for a smart meter installation. We had three companies quote the job and Brothers quote was $600-$1000 cheaper. When they came to do the work, they ran into a problem and had to rip up some concrete below my front porch. Even though it was not really their job, as unexpected things happen, they sent a team back a week later and poured new concrete. The workers were polite tidy. Highly recommended.
