I needed dripping shower knobs upgraded. A man came out, told me it could not be done without taking my whole wall apart and replacing the pipes. He said he could not guarantee his work though he estimated 2-4 thousand dollars. He charged me 50 dollars to tell me the knobs could not be changed and were I to use their services, their work could not be guaranteed! I spoke to manager Jahmil, on the phone and asked for my money back. He said " we do not change knobs" . I got my money refunded. Don't trust these hypesters. If I could, they would get - 1. Far from the best.

CLIENT BEWARE. I have a leak in a bidet tap. A delightful young technician arrives on schedule and, very professionally, assesses the situation and advises that I need to replace the faucets (with cassettes) and the hoses as they are either seized or corroded.The quote is for 'about $1700'. This company will not give a breakdown of costs (parts, labour etc) as that is not their business model. The quote seems exorbitant and I am advised to consider purchasing the parts myself which they will install for a fraction of the quoted cost. I am able to purchase the cassette ($59.95) from a plumbing supply

Great experience from this company starting with the reception (very courteous and communicative) and the actual work performed. David D. was the plumber and he did a great job to provide multiple options on the type of work required and related costs.

Excellent customer service! Technician Brian spent the time to troubleshoot and identify the source of the leak. Repairs were done quickly and neatly. He wore shoe covers and was double-masked. Overall an excellent experience with a plumbing company!

Let me say the work done was totally fine and their plumber worked very hard to solve a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink drain. He worked for several hours to do the work and eventually solved the problem.
HOWEVER: Invoices are not itemized, there is no way to see how the invoice is broken down by parts, labour etc. and I feel I was taken for a ride as far as pricing was concerned.
I was told an estimate would be sent to me before work began but I did not get it. My spouse was very busy working at home while the plumber was there and was distracted.
I feel she was taken advantage of because

My basement flooded about a week ago and I called Priority Plumbing for the first time. They sent Kyle over the same day to investigate the problem. He was polite, professional, and very good at communicating what the problem was. He clearly explained the reasons why I had a drain problem and set out the steps to rectify it. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand how the plumbing in my house works. The team that did the repairs and install new clean outs worked quickly and were also a polite and professional

The website to book a visit is really slick but everything else was highly disappointing.
I needed cartridges replaced in my bathroom sink and shower. Two tech's showed up and were being really creepy constantly saying "wow your place is so nice, must be expensive" over and over. It didn't really feel like a compliment but more like I was being cased. At the end of the consultation I had to pay the 50$ visit fee, and they wanted to charge me $1200 for the job. Although the plumber was very pleasant, the advice was poor. I was told I needed a whole new toilet, that it was worn out. The plumber put his finger in the toilet and scooped out the scale from the hole in the toilet - told me the toilet could not be fixed. I had an outside tap that was dripping. The plumber said I needed a new tap installed, it could not be fixed with a washer. The quote was from approx. $1,500 - $2,700 depending on the toilet I picked. Very professionmal telephone staff, but OUTRAGEOUS prices once they get to your house (for 49 dollars). I needed my kitchen sink drain unclogged and the seal on the basket strainer replaced. The top of the line price was FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS, and went all the way down to a mere 900 dollars, about three times what I am paying anothje r plumber to do. When I balked at the outrageous prices, Brandon, the plumber said they could be negotisated down but not more than fifty percent. The truck says they will clear any drain for 99 bucks. Whats up with that?

Contacted Priority Plumbing to have my kitchen sink repaired. They ensured that they would arrive prior to 5pm. I stayed home all afternoon waiting. At 3.40pm I called them for an update and then I was told that they would not be able to come. They had other emergencies. As far as I'm concerned, mine was an emergency as I have no other sink and now stuck for the weekend unable to use the sink or the dishwasher.
If you read the reviews, you will notice that this is their common excuse. Horrible service, will never use them again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Called yesterday, made an appointment for last night between 5-8. They called at 7 and said they had an "emergency" at another customer's and would need to cancel. So much for my "emergency" & for "Service today or you don't pay". Rescheduled for 8am - was assured it would be 8am, only traffic may slow that down 5 or 10 minutes.
