I actually called Jeff in for two jobs, toilet repair and a bathroom stall issue. The former was done really fast and efficiently (we have our second toilet again yay!), and the latter, as it turned out, could not be easily fixed. Jeff was super honest with me about the things that needed to be done, which I really appreciated. Also, if anything, Jeff is a great guy to chat with :) Thanks for coming in and helping us with our repairs!

Fees and charges were explained beforehand. Jeff was on time, friendly and courteous. The problem was identified, explained to me, and a solution was offered. Jeff completed the job to my satisfaction. During a follow up visit he took care of a secondary problem at no charge. He also offered useful tips for home maintenance.

I've worked with Jeff before. He's been in the business for a long time and understands that his reputation and word are his most important and valued attributes. As such, he takes pride in doing the job right. I had two jobs. The first job was to repair a leak underneath my kitchen sink. The other job was to install a sump pump backup system. We ordered parts for the second job so this review is just for my pipe repair. He tried to fix the sink as efficiently as possible. However, it became clear that the pipes (which are made out of plastic) were not holding. To boot, it appeared the pipes were

Jeff was wonderful! We had a dreaded ceiling leak stemming from our bath/shower and were expecting the worst. He was able to confidently diagnose our issue (which luckily was not worst case scenario) and fix it in under two hours. In addition to confidently fixing the leak, he also provided us with great advice about how to put other fixes in place to prevent a future reoccurrence.

I had used the Great Plumbing Co.'s services last year, and was very impressed by Jeff's level of knowledge, his ability to explain issues and steps for resolution, and all at a very reasonable rate. So when I needed work done this year to replace my main water shut-off valve, the Great Plumbing Co. was the only plumber I considered.
Jeff came in again to examine pipes and my water shut-off, explained the process fully and completely, and gave me the full idea of process to repair. Again, at a very reasonable rate.
