Plumbing issues. Over the last few weeks we experienced a drain back up which completely destroyed the contents, carpet and drywall in our finished basement. We were completely overwhelmed and in over our head. Not knowing what to do after we cleaned, removed and tore up everything we contacted about 8 plumbing companies to get an idea on what happened and what to do to avoid future problems. I had a plumbing emergency & Peter really came through for me, He had two of his guys come & fixed my issue within a couple hours of my call. They were very professional & explained to me what they were doing. I am a new hone owner & Peter educated me on the issues I had which made it easier for me to make some decisions. Home improvement can be stressful but this was not, I am very grateful.

(Other than not having the plumbing issue in the first place,) I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Peter and his team was able to deliver.
