I called to get some help with a civil matter and talked to what must have been one of their lawyers who filters customers for on-boarding as clients. After describing the key facts, she said that she can't help due to lack of evidence and simply hung up. I have spoken to other lawyers who are confident the case is strong. Very unprofessional.

I used McLarty Wolf to help deal with obtaining a settlement from ICBC after a car accident I was in last year. Ross was super helpful and I always felt comfortable working with him and all of the staff at the firm. I have had no prior experience dealing with ICBC and was feeling fairly lost in terms of what to be doing about getting the settlement. In the end, I settled for twice what was originally offered to me by ICBC. I'd definitely recommend working with this firm.

We sought Murray Wolf's assistance in 2 BC court applications for committeeship (one order and one variance) and his opinion and assistance in dealing with another jurisdictions' guardianship variance. Our Strata became involved in litigation with our contractor and management firm due to massive cost overruns with restoration to our building's envelope and balcony's. When we started to question the cost overruns, the Strata and owners were slapped with a legal suit and all owners condo's had lien's placed on them by the contractor.
