My Prius C needed front bumper replacement and I chose this facility after listing to their commercial. I categorically asked them to attend to rear bumper polish as it had minor scratches and to get the cabin cleaned properly. While bumper replacement has come out good, neither did the rear bumper was done to satisfaction not was the promised cabin cleaning attended to. Cleaning has been utter eyewash and even the black leather steering wheel is patched of white paint remnants. On raising these concerns, I was asked if I was expecting the car to be as good as new? This is not a response that one

Best repair shop I have ever used. They text you daily with updates on your car and they did extra work. Someone had Hit&run my car. These guys took the dent out and another dent (For free) and cleaned my leather seats. My car has not looked this good I think ever! Great job guys.
