I was a paid client. Felt Nathan and his team didn't care about my needs. I had to heavily edit documents they sent me because what they sent me had unbelievable typos and mistakes.
For example a letter suppose to be written from me was signed off with the name of a DIFFERENT client. Wow!
Descriptions of myself included errors like "currently a student" when clearly I graduated years ago. Maybe a new intern or someone copy pasted or maybe it's standard procedure for the client to fix up small mistakes but these felt significant and took lots of time.
Didn't end up getting the result I wanted

I have had lots of trouble traveling to the United States since then. Not only did Mark helped me lifting the ban, the ban is now completely reversed so I do not ever have to apply for a waiver again. We needed to get a B Visa as a matter of urgency; unfortunately in the pandemic this was extremely difficult and the delay could have been seven or eight months - with the help of Mark and Jackie we were able to get the visa in short order. Border Law did a fantastic job.
