Mann Lawyers LLP is a full service law firm with offices in Ottawa and Perth providing a broad range of legal services to a diverse clientele, both individuals and businesses. Areas of specialty include family and business law, commercial and residential real estate, personal injury, litigation, condo development, wills and estate planning, employment law, bankruptcy and more.
We, Andr, Colleen, Daniella, Heather and Ted, are responsible for the day to day management of the firm. We do this with support from Anne. The Partners also look to the lawyers and staff for input on ways to improve the office. Regular staff meetings are held to discuss office concerns and ways to improve our team so as to provide the best service to our clients.

Our 25+ year history of nurturing long-term client relationships shows our capacity for making strong emotional and intellectual connections, the quality of our compassionate, intelligent and thoughtful advice, and our integrity.
What began as a sole proprietorship started by Ted Mann in the mid-90's, has become a law firm of over 30 lawyers practicing in all major fields of the law. Andre Martin is invited into partnership of Mann & Partners with the firm now at 12 lawyers. Colleen Hoey and Daniella Sicoli-Zupo join the partnership, with the firm now approximately 20 lawyers.

I have used Mann Lawyers as our corporate attorney and they have been great. My dealings are mainly with Jade Renaud and she has been helpful in guiding our corporation. She is pleasant to deal with, always truthful, and straight forward. Very good service. As with all law firms, there is a price attached to the greta service, but it is well worth the advice and I guess it is the cost of doing business.

I can't give negative stars or I would! I contacted Mann Lawyers for help with an estate. I had used them before and was very happy. After several months of long delays and distracted responses, I asked the lawyer to phone me. She did not. I reached out to the firm via their web-site and phone line. No response. I was surprised when I received yet another bill after trying to terminate this, so I called to object. That time I actually got through to someone. I was told a manager would phone me; she did not. I did receive an email from the lawyer with excuses for her poor performance. Excuses are

I work with this firm for 5 years on tittle insurance case. I constantly had to follow up, constantly had to make sure things were done, this case took years longer than it should have. I don't suggest this firm. Please interview your firm before hiring them, don't get stuck with a bad firm, thing will go much better if you ask and interview the firm... I did not and had the worst experiences with Mann and associates. From Ted the owner to legal clerks, no one in the firm follows up.

Recently purchased a new home and used Mann Lawyers for my legal needs. The customer service from start to finish was phenomenal - Kaitlin and Heather were proactive in sharing information, explaining what needed to happen and when, and went out of their way to ensure the closing went as smoothly as possible. The legal fees were also less than what I paid for my prior home sale with another law firm that provided a fraction of the service I got from Kaitlin and Heather. Overall, an exceptionally positive experience!

Heather Austin-Skaret at Mann Lawyers LLP was preparing my Will and both of my Power of Attorney (for property and for personal care).
