Adrian had the vehicle and all the paperwork regarding the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. He was knowledgeable and responded to my specific requests for the test drive. He very personable and answered all of my questions. I put a deposit on the vehicle and when i called requesting further information, Adrian was very helpful.The purchase was very easy, Adrian had everything ready for me and he had detailed the car immaculately for my pick up day. I purchased an 08 Ford Escape Hybrid from Thomas and Bryan. I had called them the day before and arranged to look at the vehicle and have it inspected. They had the car proof ready to go and sent it to me the day before. When I arrived the mechanic was already out with Thomas checking out the vehicle. They had not had time to do their own inspection on the vehicle before I looked at it so when the mechanic found a few small things that needed attention and after already haggling them down on price Bryan came down a bit more to cover the cost of parts. It wasnt alot but it helped seal the deal.
