Paul Nettleton joined the team in 2009 and became a partner at the beginning of 2010. Martin Sanderson joined the team in 2017 and became a partner in 2021.

Paul is a Partner of the firm where he acts as a lawyer in a real estate and mortgage practice. Having joined Robson, O'Connor LLP in November of 2009, he was a Director on the local Chamber of Commerce board. In November of 2009, Paul completed a year as the Executive Director for Legal Services of Nunavut ("NLSB") after two contract years as a Poverty/Civil Lawyer.
David attended the University Of Western Ontario where he obtained a B.A. in 1982 and an L.L.B. in 1985. He moved from Ontario to British Columbia in 1985 to begin his career. David proudly served the residents of Ladysmith and the Cowichan Valley, providing legal assistance to the community for 35 years, before handing the torch to Martin Sanderson.
