So happy with Cakeworks today! Everything from their customer service (ordering the cake) and the ease of having them deliver was fantastic. Also, I must mention that the design of our cake was EXACTLY what I wanted. So grateful for their service and quality product!

I ordered a cake for my sons 11th Birthday. Cake looked nice, but when my husband picked it up, it wasnt in a fridge. There was about 10 cakes lined on the shelf for pickup. When my husband got the cake home, and cut it there was barely any icing in between the layers. Also the cake didnt taste like anything but icing. I could have made a cake myself , and get it to taste better.

Had this cake made for my friends birthday. It looked amazing and tasted great. Everyone enjoyed it. Great hospitality and great service. Will definitely recommend as a good cake spot. Michelle

I requested a peppa pig cake for my daughter’s second birthday. The cake was perfect, just as I wanted it to be. My baby girl was sooo happy. Great customer Service too, quick and easy❤️.

We got superhero cupcakes for my son's birthday and they turned out amazing! We got Exactly what we asked for and the kids absolutely loved them!

Great customer service, were very helpful. I went in to print an edible image and they actually printed out multiple copies cause the printer messed up and let me pick the best one so that was nice. Really good if you want gag gifts too

Got 2 cakes ro celebrate my sons' respective graduations. Cake Works was nothing but professional, helpful and informative! We got chocolate and vanilla flavours. They were a big hit! Absolutely delicious! So soft, moist and tasty! And for a very reasonable price! Would definitely use again!!

Will not be coming back to this cake place me and my girlfriend were turned away FROM A CAKE DESIGN bakery. How does that work!?!?. Clearly these artists arent talented enough to take on a simple deisgner. Should we have brought circles, squares, numbers & letters for your shop?.
Id recommended Dairy Queen or your local grocery store bakery, nothing special to see here.

My daughter loved the cake. It was exactly the way she wanted it. It taste delicious and it was professionally done to the last detail. The best of all it wasn't expensive. I will definitely get all my future cakes from Cakeworks. Thanks!

Cakeworks did a splendid job with the baby shower cakes I ordered. Looked amazing and received many compliments! I am very , very impressed.

I ordered a cake for my husband's 50th bday not knowing the shop nor had I tasted their cake. WOW! It was amazing. We had nothing but compliments. It was beautifully decorated exactly as I had requested. The cake was moist and delicious. Even the staff at the restaurant where we had the party was commenting on it. It wasn't cheap but worth every penny.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I have had a long relationship with this awesome crew and they have NEVER disappointed me. Their cakes and cupcakes not only taste fantastic but the creativity they put into them is outta this world. You won’t be paying $30 for a cake so get over it...cause with Cakeworks you definitely get what you pay for. Their cakes are always part of my party decor and people love and look forward to seeing what they have come up with this time. I also order balloons from them and they have a great selection.

Definitely not like a WOW WOW special cake but there are lots of good things with this cake. First off, I didn't pay for this cake myself. It was bought into work by a colleague for someone's birthday. I had a piece and I have to say it was nice and moist. Not too sweet. One piece is good for me. Don't think I can have too many. But you know the cake was made on the day. It was very fresh.

I like it. Definitely not something that stood out or a WOW standard. Just a regular good yummy moist cake. I like the design. And also I like the marble look of the cake inside.

So if you're not doing five-star dining you'll give this place a five star rating and in fact I would even trust this place with a wedding cake

We have ordered every one of my sons birthday cakes from
Cake Works. My son has a different theme for every birthday. Sesame Street, Thomas the Train, Angry Birds, Star Wars, Lego Star Wars and Minecraft. Cake Works has been able to make custom cakes for every theme that looked great. I would have given 5 stars but one year we brought the cake home and found that my sons name was Mia spelled by one letter. My wife had to fix it herself. I normally don't go to Cakeworks because it's out of the way, but I gave them a try when my local bakery of choice was closed. I ordered a dozen cupcakes for pick up, and specified they have emerald green icing. They were ready for me the next business day without any issues. The green color was exactly how I described over the phone. First impressions were good--the cupcakes were comparable in size to other boutique cupcake shops, uniform in shape, and the icing was plentiful.

The taste and texture was only average, however. I felt they compared to what you would get at Safeway.

The staff at Cakeworks was extremely helpful, especially considering that I was ordering from a great distance. They were timely with their communication, asked questions they needed to ask, ensured they had everything from me that they needed to work with (I had ordered a photo cake), and most importantly of all, created a magnificent cake that was the hit of the party. Their work is impeccable, and I can't wait until I have an opportunity to use their services again.
