My wife and I went in to buy a watch for my sons graduation. Everything was going great, we picked a watch and it was being gift wrapped in the back. The owner’s son was our sales person, and he asked us if we would like to have my wife’s wedding rings cleaned while we waited. We said sure - and off went the rings to the back. About 10 minutes later he comes back and says there’s a problem - that the diamonds are loose and all of the settings need to be tightened. $400 and he had written up a work order. These rings had cost over $35K at Brinkhaus just 3 years prior and my wife had taken

I knew in my head what I thought I wanted for our engagement but once I started to try things on I realized I liked a more robust setting. Christina was very patient with all of our questions, and I came back and tried on my setting two or three times and Calgary Jewellery was able to customize exactly to my wishes. Last week, I bought my first timepiece from here and it was a great experience! I am from Edmonton and the drive to Calgary and back was definitely worth it. When I called in the morning, Vivian was very helpful over the phone. When I arrived, Vivian was busy, but Jeff took over and he was also very helpful and professional. I will definitely come back here to acquire my next timepiece!

I gave her the style I wanted, I gave her my budget and she came through with most beautiful ring / diamond. I work out of town, she took the time to send me pictures and videos of the ring and the diamond I picked. She answered all of my questions honestly and in a timely manner. Resizing the ring after proposing was quick and easy.

I had a great experience at Calgary Jewellery purchasing my first Zenith timepiece. I initially spoke with Vivian on the phone who was very pleasant and answered all of my questions without issue. When I arrived at the store I dealt with Bernard and Christina, both of whom ensured I was well taken care of during the process. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff seemed invested in all the customers who were present. Even though I live out of town this will be my first call when it comes to my next timepiece.

What an amazing experience!! I was lucky enough to have Christina Smith help navigate me through picking the most beautiful engagement ring. Her thoroughness, charm, attention to detail, professionalism and patience was exceptional. I can assure you I was quite indecisive and picky but Christina made it easy every step of the way. If you are looking for an outstanding shopping experience, Calgary Jewellery is the place to go. From the minute I walked in the door, I was made to feel very welcomed and taken care of. Their showroom is stunning and they have a large selection of brands and displays. I brought my old Omega in to go off for repair. I decided that it was time to get a new watch, but had not done a lot of research since it was a spur of the moment decision. The sales lady, I wish I remembered her name, was amazing . After looking at a few watches she recommended the Oris Great Barrier Reef III. It was exactly what I wanted; I love the movement, and the appearance.
But enough about watches. Calgary Jewellery is always very clean & bright, the staff knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. It is the kind of atmosphere I love to shop in. They allow you to look around and then are happy

Great first impression! I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner the moment I stepped in the door which has not been my experience at other jewellry locations around the city. The staff took the time to listen, were extremely knowledgeable, and never pushy. Not to mention they have an amazing selection. I will be making all future jewellry purchases at Calgary Jewellry.

Absolutely top notch service department. Knowledgeable watchmakers and great customer service. In addition to small maintenance repairs they handled warranty claims for my watches and they made sure that the process was painless. I Purchased a sapphire ring from these guys and the claw was bent, when i pointed it out they told me I must have done it...I had owned the ring for less than five minutes, i went to my car looked at it and went back in, then they tried to charge me to fix it. I will shop elsewhere for the rest of my jewelry purchases. These guys are hacks
