For many of us, work is where we would like to have purpose, meaning, and opportunities to contribute and serve. It's where we make a living to support ourselves and those significant to us, and be the best of ourselves. Hence, our job, work, career, profession, entrepeneurship, or even philanthropy can impact our overall well-being and life satisfaction.
We are here to nurture your growth and development in the face of life's challenging experiences and stages. We can facilitate you in setting clear/healthy boundaries with others, redefining your relationships, strengthening your ability to communicate effectively, and build self-acceptance and self-worth.

This will be a psycho-educational/process group for women who are interested in developing a mindful attitude. The group will focus on an introduction to mindfulness and how to use mindfulness techniques. The goal is to provide a supportive/insight oriented environment for women to be more present for their own lives and experience greater self-acceptance, empathy, less judgment, joy, relaxation, life satisfaction and well-being.
