We invented and mastered 7-DAYS-A-WEEK collision repair. Both of our auto body locations in White Rock and Abbotsford are open 7 days a week - because accidents don't take a break over the weekend. We are collision repair specialists with over 25 years of quality workmanship to prove it. I wasn't having much luck finding someone to take it on. Not only that, they did it while I waited. I live in North Delta so they saved me a lot of driving. Funny thing is, they are the same company that repaired my Sebring many years ago when I lived in Abby. You guys are the best.

Went here for an estimate and yes an appointment is required right now for that, due to high volume.
The front end lady was very efficient and friendly. The estimate took about 10 mins and was emailed to me.
I waited inside while they looked at my car.
My adjustor also was informative with what had to be replaced and why.
The place was busy and professional.

Took my Van's repair without prior appointment.
Arranged for the items next day.
Dropped off at my place, and when my van was not ready on time for my kids school pick up, dropped off their van at my place so that I dont have to struggle finding other sources to pick my kids.

Went in to have my door looked at to get an estimate of what it would cost to fix. It wasn't closing properly after having a child being rough with the handle. They looked at it and managed to fix it with no charge. Was very relieved to have this fixed & very grateful. Excellent customer service and will be back there if needing anything else in the future.

Derek and the staff are very professional and friendly..They did an excellent job on my Mazda and it was ready at the time they predicted!! They also washed the outside of my car and vacuumed and cleaned the inside!! Wow!!! I'm wondering if they felt sorry for me since I hadn't vacuumed for a year..hahaha..Anyway I will always choose them for car repairs or icbc claims and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and everyone.. A big thanks to Derek and the staff at Carstar ..

I went in months ago about a scratch on my door panel, and free of charge, they had one of the service guys buff it out. I offered to pay them they said "no just think of us if you ever need us".
Fast forward, couple months. I called them.

Went in for a 1/4 panel replacement and came out with a clean, washed vehicle, staff was friendly and COVID safe.
They gave me a call the day before my appointment to confirm, which was a nice reminder for me.
The job they did was top notch for what I had done and will be using there service again in the future.
