Faley Restaurant is a family-owned business that was established in 1999 serving Toronto the Finest in authentic Hakka Chinese Indian cuisine. Based out of our Rexdale location, Faley strives for excellent food, value, and customer service in building our loyal customer base one family at a time. In summer 2018, Faley opened another location in Vaughan.
The location offers a new and fresh restaurant atmosphere but with the same high quality Hakka Chinese Indian cuisine we have been known for. We thank you for your business and hope to see you again or for the first time at Faley. Please note that we are no longer serving at the Overlea location and are in no way associated with Hakka Palace.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for dining and take out for many years since I was a kid. My favourite food from the menu is the general Tao chicken, chicken corn soup, fish pakora, rice, noodles, and chilly chicken from faley. This is the best restaurant to go to enjoy their delicious food with your family and friends! I highly recommend this place to y’all!

We ordered General Tao, Faley Satay Chicken, Faley Chicken & Shrimp Hakka noodles, Steam rice, Szechuan beef and Hot & Soup soup. The only thing I enjoyed was the H&S Soup. The rest of the food was bland. Soy and Hot Sauce they gave made it better but still..meh. Fuelled my hunger but not coming again. If you are Non-Brown/Indian person, you might enjoy it. Not for me. Better Hakka places out there. I will drive the extra 10 mins.

Absolute disappointment. I ordered a crispy beef, chicken fried rice and a chow mein. Chow mein was was not even a tad bit crispy with vegetable chop suey on top. Crispy beef was so sweet it tasted like having desert with a main course. I’ve had their crispy beef and it used to be one of the best. Not anymore. The rice was meh. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Went to Faley last week Thursday for lunch and the place was busy. We ordered the Chili Chicken, Crispy Beef and Chicken Cashew. Service was good and the food was quick! All dishes were delicious, portion size is generous and for amazing prices! The owner is funny and friendly on our first encounter. The atmosphere was okay - a place where you just sit, eat and go - not really for hanging out and relaxing. Definitely will be back for the food!

I came here based on the reviews but was highly disappointed. Ordered the schezuan fried rice and chilli chicken. The rice w was s very gooey and sticky. It tasted like it was spoiled and lacked flavor. The chilli chicken was just as tasteless. We asked for extra spicy to get a kick of flavor but just did not have it. Wish my expectations were met.

This restaurant appears to be a Family owned spot in Rexdale. Place is tiny but was very busy when we were there. Here's the lowdown....
* House made egg-rolls good but not great
* Chicken/Shrimp Szechuan Noodles were good but to al-dente for my taste. The flavour was kinda bland too
* Broccoli in Ouster Sauce-very tasty & steaming hot to-boot!
* Crispy Beef...this is in a catagory all by itself!! It was hot & spicy & crispy & beyond delicious!! I'd go back to this spot for the Crispy Beef alone!! So if this is your addiction...this is the place to go for Chinese food

Faley's is a solid, small spot for great Hakka food. We came here for dinner on a weekday and the place was packed.
We ordered vegetarian fried rice, chicken fried rice, Hakka chow mein, Manchurian beef, special garlic chicken, chili paneer for five guys and we were all stuffed. There was still enough to take home even! It came out to $12 total per person, which is a bargain for that much food.
I am Hakka myself and enjoyed the food thoroughly. Faley's food has a very homestyle taste to it which is a great thing. Their fried rice is not oily at all, and overall their hakka food, in

Same company as the one in thorncliffe. Very unsatisfying. I got the usual Chilli Chicken on rice and it was tasteless. Although the portion was fair. They obviously don't got the same touch as the other location or they just didn't add all ingredients. I don't think I'll ever be back.

I am very surprised with the poor reviews because this restaurant is amazing!
My friend and her husband have been going there for years and always rave about it. Since our office relocated up by the airport, a few of my colleagues decided to try it for lunch. Three of us ordered from the lunch menu specials (Beef with Ginger & Scallion, Chicken with Black Bean Sauce and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce) and all of it was incredible. The specials were about $6.50 and, no word of a lie, one dish was enough for two people. My other colleague ordered the Cantonese Chow Mein and it was cooked (crispy

Went with the guys from the office to Faley, their regular place, and found it to be pretty bad. Fried rice is a favorite of mine and there were things in it that were unidentifiable. Probably nothing that didn't belong there, but if it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen, then what the heck is it???
The taste wasn't that good. There was something about it that seemed "off." And then the unidentified food objects! No thanks.
